To symboliczne miejsce, w którym spotykają sie cztery kultury w pd-wsch części Podlaskiego - tym miejscem jest multimedialna przestrzeń wystawiennicza, która w nowoczesny sposób przybliża wielokulturowość Białostocczyzny i Nadbuża, popularyzuje wiedzę o Podlasiu, animuje region i lokalne społeczności.Centrum nad Buiem jest pierwszym przystankiem po przekroczeniu Bugu. Obiekt mieści informację kulturalno-turystyczną, czytelnię i redakcję pisma regionalnego, pensjonat oraz bistro. Budynek Centrum nad Bugiem zaprojektowany jest w oparciu o technologię budynków pasywnych.

CENTER ON THE BUG RIVER

It’s a symbolic place in the south-eastern part of the Podlasie, in Poland where four cultures meet. That place is a multi-media exhibition space, which in the modern way shows a multicultural character of Bialostocczyzna and a region of the river Bug, spreads knowledge of Podlasie region, animates the region and local communities.The center on the river Bug is the first stop after crossing the river Bug. The object is a cultural and tourist information, library, office of the regional newspaper, guest house and bistro.Architecture design adopts the passive technology.

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

1. Hall: 2 touch screens 40’’

2. Room of multiculturalism: interactive multi touch table divided on 4 zone. Each zone corresponds to one culture of Podlasie.

3. Intro: 8 screens LCD 26’’ with landscapes od Podlasie.

4. Calendarium: video mapping on the sphere: festivals, celebrations, events of all cultures mixed on the sphere. 3 projectors hanging upper projection. Power projection 18.000 ANSI lum.

5. Room of fauna and flora: video mapping - projection of the form and walls: animals and plants 3 projectors hanging upper projection. Power projection 18.000 ANSI lum.

6. Interior: bistro,library,rest room, view on south side.

Permanent exhibition. Substantive content of the media vari-ables.Exhibition prepared in Polish, Belarusian, Ukrainian, English.

Projekt Instytutu Japońskiego przy zbiegu ul. Puławskiej z ul. Dolną na warszawskim Mokotowie. Lokalizacja projektowanego obiektu prze-widziana jest tuż obok kościoła p.w. Michała Archanioła na zboczu skarpy. Projekt wnętrza opiera się na module japońskiej maty tatami. We wnętrzu zaprojektowana jest sala do ćwiczeń sztuk walki z szat-niami, restauracja, sklepik z japońskimi specjałami, czytelnia, sala wystawowa.Project of Japanese Institute at the crossing of Puławska and Dolna Str. in Mokotow, in Warsaw. The location of the facility is planned next to the church Archangel Michael located on the slope.The project is based on the module of a Japanese tatami mats.Inside the hall there is a gym designed for martial arts’ exercises, cloakrooms, restaurant, shop with Japanese specialities, library and exhibition hall.

WINOTEKAWINE CLUB

Projekt wnętrza winoteki w budynku przy ul. Egejskiej 17 na warszaw-skiej Sadybie. Jest to dwupiętrowy lokal, w którym znajduje się sala ekspozycyjna i sklep, sala degustacyjny i tapas bar - na antresoli. Miejsce stworzone dla koneserów wina hiszpańskiego i wielbicieli kultury hiszpańskiej.Design of Spanish Wine Club in building located in Warsaw. This is a two-storey place, where you can find exhibition hall and shop, tasting room and tapas bar located on a mezzanine. Place created specially for Spanish wines’ lovers and people who admire Spanish culture.

Project of a two-floor apartment for a young married couple. The apart-ment is on the top floor of a residential building, adjacent to the next apartment and to the common staircase with a lift.The interior design has a loft style, which is underlined by using a steel construction.Glazed terrace in the living room and studio. By opening the glass walls, the interior opens to the green and give the advantage of the relax among nature.

DOM DLA EKOLOGAA HOUSE FOR ECOLOGIST

Dom rekreacyjny do użytku przez cały rok. Dom dla miłośnika przy-rody - otwiera się naotaczające go lasy i rzekę Bug.Dom znajduje się w okolicy Mielnika nad Bugiem, na skarpie Góry Zamkowej o wys. 189 m.n.p.m.Architektura domu wkomponowana jest w zastany teren Góry Zam-kowej, a bryła budynku otwiera się na otaczającą zieleń.Projekt obejmuje opracowanie wnętrza i architektury krajobrazu.

A whole-season house for those who love being close to the nature.The house opens to surrounding forests and the river Bug.The house is located in the area of small town Mielnik, close to the river Bug, on The Castle Hill, of the height of 189 meters.Architecture of the house grows into existing Castle Hill area. The nature area and surroundings blend with the building and enter the house. The project consist of the interior design and the landscape architecture.

Założeniem projektu ogrodu na skarpie było wykorzystanie zastanej bogatej roślinności i stworzenie ogrodu wpisanego w krajobraz, natural-nego, półdzikiego.Swobodna linia zbiornika wodnego oraz drewniana ścieżka podkreślają charakter ogrodu. Oś kompozycyjna zamknięta jest przez największe w ogrodzie drzewo.The intention of the garden on the slope was taking the advantage on the existing greenery and creating a garden rooted in the landscape, natural, a little bit savage.The free line of a pond and a wooden path show the character of the gar-den. The composition axis is closed by the largest tree in the garden.In a glass passage, which makes the entrance to the house and to the garden, the greenery flows to the interior and unify interior with exterior. There are two different proposals. First is a single tree (f.ex. oak or pla-tan), all visible from the garden (southern part) and attracting only with its crown from the front. The other idea is a composition of bamboos that makes use of the 7 me-ters high interior.

Wystawa Ryszarda Kapuścińskiego oparta na elementach przypominających drogowskazy. Weksponowane są fotografie z lic-znych podróży reportera i ciekawe momenty z wielu przeżytych przygód przedstawione za pomocą liczb.Ryszard Kapuscinski’s exhibition is based on elements like signposts. We can experience photographs of the many travel reporter and inter-esting moments of the many adventures lived out by numbers.
