• 了解求職之公司及產業 Adjust resume style by industry.

• 量身訂製履歷 Tailor your resume. • 使用使用具體的動詞 Use buzzwords. • 內容力求簡潔扼要 Be Clear, neat and precise.• 童叟無欺 Be honest.• 強調自身優勢 Show your competitive advantages• 讓自己的履歷脫穎而出 Show your differentiations.

• 無拼字文法等錯誤 (Check grammar and spelling.)

Tips of Resume Writing – 2Check point

□ One page (recommended) with high quality paper□ Limit to 2 fonts or two sizes□ Times New Roman or other 10- or 12-point font□ Spelling check□ No need for family information□ No need for extra personal information□ List your most recent items first□ List only the most notable items □ Use buzzwords (key words, acronyms)□ GPA listed only if over 3.0□ List graduation date

強化你的優勢• 雖然大多數的工作經驗都是兼職性的 : 在列履歷表上時，不要只填寫職務內容，舉凡專案名稱、 學到的特別技能，以及在工作上互動對象的層次，都值得一提。• 畢業學校十分出名 :你可以把校名列在前面。同樣的原則，如果學位、某些榮譽 等其他資料，看起來會讓人印象深刻的，都應該放在履歷表前頭。

• 請專業相關之人先看過寫完履歷表後，找一位認識你的工作經驗較豐富的家長或師長看 過，以免出錯。

• 為你的履歷表加分除了專業上的學經歷外，管理經驗與團隊合作能力其實也同樣重 要，可以加上帶專案的經驗，或者支援客戶服務的功績與表現
