Ring Blowers were introduced in Japan in 1963 to meet the increasing needs of sophisticated equipment for substantial volumes of oil-free compressed air at moderate pressures. Since that time, these units have gained an unexcelled reputation for performance, reliability and quality in thousands of applications, and in all types of environments and have been constantly improved to meet even more demanding performance, and environmental specifications.

結構堅固鼓風機本體用AC 10鋁合金鑄

大部分應用離心力型的鼓風機是由一個中心點將能量依突然的方式吐出而轉為風量。

TPG環型鼓風機是源於再生的原理，提供較高的壓力與真空。在此款機型中，空氣經由導入管進入並聚集於推進器處。

經由離心力作用，空氣被投擲於鑄壁上，並反射回推進器的葉片中。這過程重覆幾次，繼續不斷的累積能量並較為風量。

這增加的輸出源於很多次的再生能量的產生。該機可依客戶特殊規格的需求而研製。

Most standard centrifugal-type blowers impart energy to incoming air by simply hurling it outward from a central point.TPG Ring Blowers operate on a regenerative principle that provides much higher pressure and vacuum.In these devices, air enters through an inlet port and is accelerated by the impeller. Through centrifugal force, this air is thrown against the walls of the casing where it is reflected back to the base of the impeller blades. This process is repeated many times during each revolution of the impeller and constantly compounds the energy and acceleration imparted to the incoming air. The overall effect is not unlike that obtained in multi-stage devices. However, in the case of the TPG Ring Blower, the increased output is due to many regenerative cycles that take place during each revolution of the impeller. To meet specific requirement, many combinations of these blowers are possible.

TPG complete line of Ring Blowers is designed to meet the most critical application requirements and features an impeller and casing manufactured of aluminum alloy for maximum strength, reduced weight and increased corrosion resistance. The blower and motor are constructed as a unit for mechanical simplicity and maximum structural integrity. The elimination of clutches, gears, belts and/or sliding blades reduces periodic maintenance requirements while increasing reliability.All units are dynamically balanced to virtually eliminate vibration while increasing overall long-term reliability. All units have oil-seal between impeller and bearing as well as a double shielded bearing to reduce the possibility of foreign material influx and preclude air contamination.

Model LG-For the purpose of breakdown reduction and power saving, there is a direct proportion between its pressure and electric current. Please enlarge the section area of inlet and outlet ducts as much as possible or use the reducing valve.A.Exhaustion of Air--Installation of a large filter on the inlet end should be made. 1.The total section area of outlet hole should be 1/2 larger than the outlet section area of blower. 2.If it is used to send air under water, the depth of water should be below the maximum pressure value of 70% in catalogue. 3.If it is used to send air via adding pressure, please connect another steel pipe with at least length 1M to cool down the air temperature. B.Suction of Air--Installation of a muffler may be made. 1.Total section area of suction hole should be 1/2 larger than inlet section area of blower.Ps.Easy way to clean the filter: Turn on the autorotation joint of the filter, clear the dirty or dust by the spray gun or brush, then turn it back for immediately use.

1.Important Points for Operating

The blower can be installed in any direction, please note that the surface of the engine should be upside when it is vertically or slant installed.

Try to connect pipes directly on blower in conformity with center as possible and must be with out applying any tension of the blower.If vibration joint etc. is used on duct hose it may be connected to prevent from conduction of vibration.Please do not add any weight of pipes on flange of blower.Please use the flexible joint to conduct hot air to avoid the effect of thermal expansion.Please apply toward the direction of blower to avoid sudden shrinkage, enlargement or bending etc.

3.Piping

(1).Installation Site Ambient temperature and humidity should meet the following conditions: Three-phase -10~40°C Single-phase -5~40°C Select site with good ventilation and less dust and humidity. Please note especially that open type motor has less dust and humidity proof. Please use umbrella when installation is made in an open space.

(2).Methods of Installation Secure the installation on with screw on leveling in one hard foundation or base. Standard basic weight is generally about 3 times of blower. If the base is uneven, the blower stand may be deformed during fixing of screw. It is therefore that special attention should be made to install additional vibration control unit to reduce its noise. In case of free gas intake please fix an additional iron wire mesh after suction inlet to prevent from peneration of risky object or foreign substance.

Blower is normally designed to make bearing on axial leveling position. When suction inlet is upward or downward during application, the weight of imperller and rotor shaft are added on one side bearing to enlarge over load and thus reducing life of bearing. Please contact our business department first when vertical direction installation is used.

2. Installation

Place for Installation

使用要點：

高壓鼓風機運轉時，馬達所消耗的電流會隨壓力及真空度的提高而增

加，如電流過大會導致接觸器跳脫，為防止跳脫或省電，請盡可能加

大出風口之截面積，或在吸氣或排氣側裝置風壓風量調節閥。

A. 送風用—入口應加裝適當之過濾器

1.出氣孔之總截面積應大於風機出口截面積之1/2。 2.如用於水中送氣，其水深壓力應在型錄上所標示最大靜壓值之

70%以下。

3.於加壓送氣時，出口溫度因空氣摩擦的關係大於常溫10°C屬正

常，故應使用鐵管1M以上。

B. 吸風用—出口處可加裝消音器吸入孔之總截面積應大於鼓風機入

口截面積之1/2。PS.過濾器簡易清理方法：

將過濾器自轉接頭旋開用空氣噴槍或刷子將濾網上之汙垢或灰塵

去除，清潔後將之旋回即可使用。

2. 安裝：

A. 安裝場所

周圍溫度與濕度，應符合以下條件；

■單相—5~40°C ■三相—10~40°C■選擇通風良好，塵埃及濕氣少之場所。

■安裝於露天者，請使用雨罩。

安裝方法

TPG高壓鼓風機可依任何角度安裝，用螺絲確實固定於水平且具剛硬

的基礎或基座上。基礎重量大約是鼓風機的3倍以上為標準。應特別

注意基座是否高低不平，如果是，當螺栓扭緊時，鼓風機台可能發生

變形！可加裝避震器降低噪音。吸入口上不連接通風道時，為防止危

險物或異物吸入，請加裝鐵絲或過濾器。縱型安裝之鼓風機使用者，

請先洽詢本公司。

3.配管：

管子套入出入風口時，請保持中心一致，不可在勉強情形下連接。通

道軟管(duct hose)如使用防震接頭等，可簡易地連接且能防止震動之

傳導。管子重量請不要直接加在鼓風機之凸緣面上，以防止變形。導

引熱風時，請以撓性接頭，避免受熱膨脹影響。避免突然縮小、擴大

或彎曲等，使得流體效率不良。

架設：

鼓風機可安裝在任何方向，垂直或傾斜裝設時，馬達面應保持向上於位置。

※ Notes for Pipe Assembling1.The area of the air outlet may not the smaller than the 50% of the area of the outlet of the blower.2.If the engine is overheated when operation, please open the gas emission valve or increase emission hole.3.We suggest that there will be 2 blower turns if the customer use these blower 24 hours continuously.

鼓風機配置應用：

■ 串聯使用—風壓增加 ■ 並聯使用—風量增加

■開關在一分鐘內反覆開與關，會引起馬達過熱，應加以避免。

一部份的鼓風機：

A.全閉時會發生過負荷現象。

B.此時使用電流表確認電流大小、緩衝器調整之，通常在定格

電流內使用。

■變頻氣控制：

使用變頻器時電源歪曲，馬達聲音大，震動亦較大。

如使用變頻器運轉，而溫度上昇或震動大時，請停止運轉，一

般請在下列條件下使用：

A.最大週波數值（迴轉數）—需為標示上所定周波數之內，並

在定格電流之內。

B.最小周波數（迴轉數）—在30赫茲（Hz)以上，並於定格電

流之內。

C.單相馬達不能做變頻器運轉。

5.運 轉：

• Please operate this blower under the range of rated voltage and frequency, which remarked in the nameplate.Blower limited voltage allowance is ±5%. Over or lower than 10% may damaged the blowers.• Due to blower has no over load heat protection fixture, it is unable to control heat. Therefore, please install overload protective magnetic switch of same horsepower and safe current is adjusted below same value of nameplate.• Select enough thickness of electric wire according to horse power of motor and electric working methods in accordance with European Union Safety information can be obtained from such as: EN62024-1 EN60034, EN292, EN294, IEEWiring regulations Particular industries and countries have further safety requirements. Refer to their trade & safety bodies.• Check direction of rolationTurn on the switch for a while (twinkling) after completion of line connection to check its rotation direction and noiseless. The arrow on blower indicates rotation direction.If rotation direction is wrong such as turning into 3 phase, just replace any 2 lines of 3 electric wires.• Grounding Please install earth lines to prevent from electric leakage accident.

4.Wiring

■電源請使用定格電壓之定格周波數（標籤上之記載值），且

按配線圖裝配正確之線路。

■電壓之變動應於定格電壓的±5之內。（10%亦可使用，但是

長時間電壓變動大時，易造成故障，最好能避免。）

■由於鼓風機無過熱負載保護裝置，無法經常監控鼓風機之熱

度，故請安裝相同馬力之過負載保護電磁開關。並調整與銘板

值相同以下之安全電流。

■依據馬達之馬力及電氣工事方式，選擇標準的配線。歐盟可

參考的安全資訊為：

EN60034,EN60204-1,EN292,EN294,IEE配線法規。特定的

工業及國家有進一步的安全要求，請諮詢他們的貿易及安規單

位。

■確認迴轉方式：

配線完成後，將開關開一下（瞬間）以確認其迴轉方向及有

無雜音。迴轉方向如鼓風機上箭頭表示。如迴轉方向不正確，

吸風與送風順序會顛倒，為三相者，將三條外接電線中任意二

條調換。

■接地為防止漏電時發生事故，請裝設地線。E(EARTH)

4.配線：
