신입학

1. 본인, 부모 모두 외국인인 순수외국인(생득적 외국인)

한국인의 경우 시민권취득에 따른 외국 국적취득자는 해당되지 않음

2. 외국에서 우리나라의 초ㆍ중등교육에 상응하는 정규교육과정을 전부 이수한 고등학교 졸업(예정)자

3. 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 3급 이상자 또는 국내 정규대학 부설 어학교육원 3급 수료(수료예정)자

또는 아주대학교 AFP 2단계 수료(수료예정)자 또는 이와 동등한 교육과정 수료(수료예정)자

한국어능력시험 제출자는 (TOPIK) 원서접수 마감일을 기준으로 최근 2년 이내의 공인성적만 유효

4. 이중 국적자는 지원 자격이 제한됨

3. 국내•외 4년제 정규대학에서 2학년 또는 4학기(1년에 2개 학기, 계절학기 제외) 이상

수료(예정)하고, 출신대학 졸업 이수학점의 1/2 이상 이수한 자 또는 국내•외 2, 3년제 대학

4. 아래의 내용 중 한 가지 이상에 해당하는 자

① 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 3급 이상자 또는 국내 정규대학 부설 어학교육원 3급 수료(수료예정)자

또는 아주대학교 AFP 2단계 수료(수료예정)자 또는 이와 동등한 교육과정 수료(수료예정)자

한국어능력시험 제출자는 (TOPIK) 원서접수 마감일을 기준으로 최근 2년 이내의 공인성적만 유효

② 영어 능력 일정 기준(TOEFL 537, CBT 203, IBT 75, IELTS 6.0, TEPS 521점(또는 그에

상응하는 국가공인 영어능력 평가시험 점수)) 이상인 자(단, 경영학과 영어트랙 지원자에 한함)

5. 전적대학의 학칙에 의해 징계 제적된자 혹은 이중 국적자는 지원자격이 제한됨

● ★ 표시 전공은 공학교육인증을 운영하는 전공으로 학칙과 공학교육인증 기준을 충족해야 졸업이 가능함

표시 전공은 건축학인증을 운영하는 전공으로 학칙과 인증기준을 충족해야 졸업가능함

❖ 표시 전공 경영학과는 편입생에 한하여 공인영어능력기준(TOEFL IBT, CBT, PBT, IELTS, TEPS)으로도 선발할 수 있음

● 선발예정인원은 정원외 모집단위별 선발이며, 특수학부의 경우 복수/부전공만 선택가능함

▷ 어학교육원 3급 수료예정자/아주대 AFP 2단계 수료예정자 : 입학전(2015.2)까지 해당과정을 수료하지 못할 경우 입학취소 처리

▷ 어학교육원 3급 수료예정자/아주대 AFP 2단계 수료예정자 : 입학전(2015.2)까지 해당과정을 수료하지 못할 경우 입학취소 처리

3. 지원자격: 아래 모든 요건을 충족해야 함

● 접수가 완료된 이후 지원을 취소할 수 없으며 전형료는 반환하지 않음

(단, 전형일 이전에 신청한 경우에 한하여, 전형료를 납부한 후 천재지변, 질병, 기타 사고 등 수험생의 귀책

이 아닌 사유로 전형에 응시할 수 없는 경우에는 전형료 환불 신청서 및 증빙서류를 제출하여야 하며, 심의를

통해 해당 전형료의 일부 또는 전액을 환불할 수 있음)

취득해야함

● 원서접수 후 전형료를 반드시 결제하여야 하며, 전형료 미 결제 시 접수처리가 완료되지 않음

● 입학원서 및 제출 서류에 허위 작성 내용이 있거나 사실이 아닌 사항이 있을 경우 이는 전적으로 지원자 본인에게 책임이 있으며,

입학 전형 탈락 혹은 입학취소 처리됨.

● 제출 서류의 우편배달 사고 등 기타 사유로 도착하지 않거나 해당 서류를 제출하지 못한 경우 책임은 수험생 본인에게 있음

● 2015년 1월 TOPIK 응시자도 지원가능하며, 2015.2월 초순 TOPIK 성적 발표일에 반드시 TOPIK성적을 제출해야함 (TOPIK

성적에 따라 장학변동 가능)

● 외국인 입학금 장학과 외국인 장학(S,A,1,2,3,4)은 중복수혜가 가능함

● 입학원서접수는 100% 온라인으로만 접수되며, 별도의 교부나 방문접수는 없음

1) 순수외국인 신입학 및 편입학 학생은 입학 후 1년 동안(하계, 동계방학은 제외) 기숙사에 의무 입사하여야 함.

2) 기숙사 입사 비용 납부 및 환불관련: 추후공지예정

3) 기숙사는 2인실, 4인실 두 가지 유형이 있으며, 합격자 대상 별도 신청 접수 후 배정

상기 기숙사비는 2014학년도 기준이며, 2015학년도 입사 시 변동가능하며, 합격자 발표 시 기숙사 관련사항은 별도 안내예정임

● 모든 외국인 학생들은 입학 후 외국인 유학생 보험을 의무적으로 가입하여야함. 미 가입시 학교발급 증명서,

E-Class등의 전산사용이 모두 제한됨.

● 입학 후 오리엔테이션 시 외국인 유학생 보험관련 상세 안내예정임.

● 아주대학교에서는 최종합격자 대상 비자변경(혹은 사증발급)서류를 발급하며, 해당자는 아래내용을 참고하여

미리 준비를 요함

● 국외체류자 사증발급: 약 30일 이상 소요, 국내 체류자 비자변경: 약 14일 이상 소요

1) 국내체류 외국인 학생 비자연장 및 변경 서류

2인실 ▶ 약 830,000원/학기~1,000,000원/학기

등록 후 표준입학허가서 발급 지원자가 표준입학허가서 및 준비서류를 완비하여 직접 신청

【 비자변경 D4 D2 】

1. 국내 체류자 중 일반연수(D4)비자 소지자는 직접 출입국 관리소에 체류자격 변경허가를 신청하여 학기시작 이전에

반드시 유학(D2)비자로 변경해야 함

2. 신청장소: 현재 거주하는 주소지 관할 출입국 관리 사무소(콜센터: 1345)

3. 비자변경 필요서류(D4 D2비자로 변경)

① 신청서(출입국 사무소 비치 혹은 www.hikorea.go.kr에서 다운 체류통합 신청서 34호)

② 여권 및 외국인 등록증

③ 증명사진(3.5cm x 4.54cm) 1매

④ 표준입학 허가서(등록 후 아주대학교 국제협력팀에서 발급)

⑤ 등록금 납입 증명서(등록 후 아주대학교 국제협력팀에서 발급)

⑥ 국내 체제경비 입증서류[약 US 13,000이상(한화 약 14,200,000원)예치 예금 잔고증명서]

체제경비 입증 시 등록금 지급분은 제외하고 입증가능

(예:등록금을 3,500,000원 납부한 경우 3,500,000원을 제외한 10,700,000원만 입증)

● 변경일(새로운 대학 등록일자)로부터 14일 이내에 비자변경

① 통합신청서(출입국 사무소 비치 혹은 www.hikorea.go.kr에서 다운 34호)

② 여권 및 외국인 등록증

③ 표준입학허가서

④ 등록금 납입 증명서(등록 후 아주대학교 국제협력팀에서 발급)

⑤ 국내 체제경비 입증서류[약 US 13,000이상(한화 약 14,200,000원)예치 예금 잔고증명서]

체제경비 입증 시 등록금 지급분은 제외하고 입증가능

③ D-2 비자 연장자 중 체류기간이 많이 남아있더라도 소속대학이 변경됨으로, 반드시 비자연장처리를 필해야 함.

④ 거주지가 수원이 아닌 경우, 현 거주지 관할 출입국 사무소에서 개별적으로 비자업무 진행

⑤ 비자변경 및 학교정보변경은 반드시 개강 전에 끝내야함. 개강 이후 비자 변경 신청 시 과태료가 부과됨.

⑥ 아주대 합격이후 주소를 수원으로 변경한 학생도 반드시 체류지 변경신고를 해야 함.

4. 满足以下条件中一个以上

① 韩国语能力考试（TOPIK）3级及以上获得者或在韩国4年制大学附属语学院3级及以上在学者，

（同等课程，AFP课程第二阶段课程结业者或即将结业者）

以材料接受截止日期为基准两年以内证书有效

② TOEFL(PBT537，CBT203，IBT75)，TEPS521，IELTS6.0以上

(或相当于这些成绩以上的其它国家公认英语成绩)(但只限于经营学系)

3. 转签所需的材料

② 护照及外国人登录证

③ 彩色照片 1张（最近六个月以内的(3.5cm×4.5cm)证明照片，白色背景)

【注意事项】

在学费交纳日期前签证有可能到期的学生建议向我校国际事务办公室咨询。

③ 即使签证还有很长时间到期，也请准备上述材料在缴纳学费以后一定要进行签证续签。

④ 居住地不在水源者需本人在居住地管辖区的出入境事务管理所办理签证业务。

⑤ 变更签证和变更学校情报必须在开学之前完毕，开学之后变更签证者需缴纳罚金。

⑥ 住所搬迁至水源的留学生一定要进行居住地的变更申请。

⑦ D2以外的签证持有者请一定要进行D2签证的变更，持有F系列签证(F-1, F-2, F-3, F-4, F-5)的学生请务必向国际事务办公室进行问询。

of 2 or 3 year colleges in Korea or outside of Korea.

4. Applicants who meet one of the following conditions:

① Have obtained TOPIK level 3 or above or have completed(or expected to complete) Korean language

level 3 or above at the Korean language institute affiliated to universities in Korea or have completed(expected to

complete) Ajou Foundation Program(AFP) stage 2 or its equivalent educational programs

② Obtained a certain level of English Proficiency Score (TOEFL PBT 537, CBT 203, IBT 75 or above,

【 Special Notes 】

① The final level of education certificate and family relationship certificate must be submitted with an official translation. Because it must be

submitted together with a certification report, the certificate of final level of school should be prepared in advance.

② Because the certificate of admission is issued after tuition payment has been confirmed, students whose visa will expire before the tuition

payment period should apply for and receive a D2 visa after extending their language study abroad or after returning to their home country.

Those whose visa will expire before the tuition payment period must consult with the AU Office of International Affairs.

③ Even if there is plenty of time left on the D-2 visa, you must receive a visa extension due to the change in affiliated college.

④ If the place of residence is not Suwon, visa duties must be done at the immigration office that has jurisdiction in the current place of residence

⑤ Change of visa and/or university information must be completed before the start of the semester. A visa change application submitted after

the semester has begun will be charged a fine.

⑥ Students who changed their address to Suwon after being admitted to Ajou University must apply for a change of address.

⑦ Students with a visa other than D-2 must change to a D-2 visa. Students with an F-category visa (F-1, F-2, F-3, F-4, F-5) must consult with

the Office of International Affairs.
