Yer süzgeçlerinden koku neden gelir?

EN 1253 (Bina drenaj sistemleri) normu

do€rultusunda tüm ›slak hacim süzgeçleri, su

perdesi en az 5 cm olan sulu sistem koku

fermatürlerine haiz olmal›d›r. Bunun

için süzgeçlerin içinde ‘S’ fleklinde koku

fermatürleri bulunur. Süzgecin içine akan su,

fermatürden geçerken perde boyunca

yükselir ve taflarak pis su tesisat›na ulafl›r.

Fermatür içinde kalan su ise bahsetti€imiz

koku perdesini oluflturur. Ancak sifonlama ve

buharlaflma gibi etkenlerden dolay› fermatür

içindeki su eksilebilir ve koku perdesi

ortadan kalkar. Günümüzde ›slak hacimlerin

y›kanmas› yerine, genelde, sadece silinmesi

söz konusu oldu€undan, eksilen suyun

kendili€inden tamamlanmas› da olas› de€ildir.

Dallmer’in koku problemine getirdi€i çözümler

Birinci çözümümüz: DIN ve EN normlar›n›n

gerektirdi€inin bile üzerinde koku fermatürü

yüksekli€idir. Bu sayede koku fermatüründeki

su perdesinin buharlaflarak yok olmas›, standart

süzgeçlere göre çok daha uzun zaman

almaktad›r.

‹kinci çözümümüz: Dallmer’e özgü klape sistemidir.Dallmer klape, koku fermatüründeki suyun buharlaflarak eksilmesini önler. Superdesi bu flekilde sürekli muhafaza edildi€indenkötü kokunun iç mekana geçifli engellenir.Ya€mur suyu tesisat› pis su sistemine ba€land›€›nda ise, balkon ve terassüzgeçlerinden koku gelir. Süzgeçlerden gelen kötü koku nedeniyle, kimi ›slak

hacimlerde süzgeçlerin bantland›€›na siz de flahit

olmuflsunuzdur. Bu tip uygulamalar hem çirkin bir

görüntü oluflturmakta hem de yer süzgecinin

fonksiyonunu yerine getirmesine engel olmaktad›r.

Why is foul odour transmitted through traps

Typical “S” traps are incorporated in the floor

drain bodies in order to block foul odour from

sewage system. A trap can block foul odour

as long as it is filled with water. On the contrary,

loss of water in the trap means diminishing of

the barrier between sewage system and wet

area. The loss of water might be due to

negative pressure irregularities in the pipe

system or evaporation. The latter is the most

common reason in many cases, since

households of modern community do not tend

to wash their wetrooms any more but just

wipe. Because of this change in cleaning habits

traps are deprieved of the only source of water

and they dry out.

Dallmer drains offer two types of solutions to

foul odour problem:

1. Increased water trap height: Dallmer drains

which conform and exceed the european norm

requirements, are incorporated with extended

water trap height. This means longer periods

before water level drops.

2. Dallmer self closing flap valve: This

accessory can be incorporated into the

gratings and provides extended foul odour

protection. The self closing valve opens

whenever water is drained and turns to closed

position once drainage is completed. There

are no mechanical parts like springs which

might wear or break down. A simple but

functional solution by DALLMER.

Foul odour which is transmitted through the traps

of floor drains has always been an issue. In worst

cases, grates are covered, in this case taped by users,

in order to prevent foul odours.

Water level in the traps can be diminished due to negative air pressure in sewage pipes or evaporation. Atrap without water inside can no longer protect interior from foul odour. Dallmer self closing flap valve can be installed in gratings and frames in order to improve odour protection of floor drains. It can be used with balcony and terrace drains when the rainwater system is combined with sewage system. Due to its unique functioning principle it does not freeze. It is suitable for exterior use.

Rainwater can penetrate through the joints of floor tiles in balcony and terraces. Accumulated water under

the tiles has wearing effects on tile flooring and water proofing system and it has to be drained away. Dallmer

perforated collar provides a secondary drainage when it is used between the drain body and the grating.
