    Documentation Submission Schedule

    for Upgrading of the Coal Handling Control System

    for Rutenberg Power Station Units 1 - 4

    1 General requirements

    1.1

    All submittals under this Paragraph shall be addressed to:

    - Existing Units Project Manager

    - Engineering Division

    - The Israel Electric Corporation Ltd.

    - P.O.Box 10

    - Haifa, 31000, Israel

    - Five (5) copies of each drawing.

    - Transmittal forms and letters, in duplicate (2).

    - by e-mail (procedure to be agreed upon)

    Status 1: Approved without comments. Where applicable Contractor may proceed with manufacturing;

    Status 2:

    Status 3: Not approved. To be revised and resubmitted.

    All drawings and documents will have a title block with at least the following information: Purchaser & Stations name, Contract number, Unit number, document title,

    document number, revision number and issuing date.

    Unless otherwise specifically agreed upon in Annexure "A", the Purchaser undertakes to review and submit its comments within thirty (30) days from receiving the

    transmittal. Following comments calling for revisions, the Contractor shall revise and resubmit the necessary documents within twenty (20) days. Transmittals shall be made

    by special courier in both directions.

    Purchaser's comments shall be marked on the documents and where Purchaser's approval is required the documents shall be further marked with:

    Approved subject to comments. Document to be revised and resubmitted for final approval. Where applicable Contractor may proceed with manufacturing in

    accordance with Purchaser's comments.

    As an addition to the provisions of the General Conditions "CONTRACTOR'S DOCUMENTATION" and without derogating from the generality thereof, Contractor'sdrawings, data, calculations and other technical documents shall be submitted to the Purchaser as required by Purchaser's Standard 01-1E, Supplement # 1, and as required

    below.

    Except as required elsewhere in paragraph 1.5 & 1.6 herein for instruction books and the final submittal, technical documentation shall be submitted in the quantities as

    follows:

    Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the Contractor shall submit a unique set of drawings for each Power Station Unit.

    A consistent nomenclature shall be used project-wide in naming all component parts within the scope of work. This shall apply to all drawings, Instruction books, Bill of

    Materials, Special Instructions, etc. Where Purchaser and Contractor have to use different systems of Tag Numbers, the Tag Numbers in both systems shall be marked on the

    relevant documents.

    a. One (1) complete set of all the "for Approval" and "for Information Only" Documents.

    b. One (1) complete set of all the quality control and certified test reports.

    c. Fifteen (15) sets of complete Instruction Books, as may be required for erecting, operating, and maintaining the Equipment.

    2 Documentation Submission Schedule

    Column (a): Document No. for general reference.

    Column (b): Document definition (including where applicable details of required contents).Column (c): Approval code: A = for Approval, I = for Information

    Column (d): Stage Code: P = for Proposal, C = for Contract, D = for Detail Design

    Column (e): First Issue: stated in no. of weeks from Contract Signature

    Column (f): Critical (for Purchaser's Schedule): Y = Yes, N = No

    Without derogating from Contractor's obligation to provide any other document called for by the Contract, the Contractor shall provide the following documentation in

    accordance with the general requirements set forth above and the schedule as listed in the table below.

    The table shall form the basis for a monthly report to be submitted following Contract award showing the actual submission dates and the respective Approval Status, and

    upon Purchaser's and Contractor's mutual written consent shall be updated to account for any additional documents called for by the Contract in the course of detail design or

    additional documents called for by Change Orders.

    Changes in the Purchasers approved design are normally unaccepted. However, should such changes become necessary on an exceptional basis the Contractor shall obtain

    the Purchasers approval prior to introducing any changes.

    Prior to Equipment shipment, Contractor shall provide the Purchaser for review and approval a preliminary issue of five (5) sets of complete Standard Instruction books as

    may be required for erecting, operating and maintaining the Equipment. Instruction books shall include drawings lists, lists of parts, etc., as maybe required to give Purchaser

    complete information for the ordering of spare parts and test equipment. Instruction books shall also include detailed operating procedures.

    Any alteration in the Equipment and/or related data after first issue of the Instruction Books which calls for their modification, shall be submitted by the Contractor to the

    Purchaser immediately following such an alteration. Each such modification shall be numbered, include a detailed description and effect of the alteration and a detailed

    identification of the affected section(s) in the Instruction Books and their page numbers

    After review of the instruction books by the Purchaser, and as a condition precedent to Provisional Acceptance of the Equipment, Contractor shall provide final

    documentation which has been modified in accordance with the Contract, and which represents the up-to-date state of the Equipment as follows:
