INGECONS & URBASERVICIOS, SA was formed as an alliance of three companies related to world of construction, to execute larger projects, both in the field of civil engineering work and own the building. Our scope work is not confined to the area of Spanish territory, but extends to other countries. Companies that are part of this great new project that is INGECONS & URBASERVICIOS, SA, are the following: a) COMARES INGENIERA Y CONSTRUCCIN, SL (INGECONS) b) URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, SL c) BLAUVERD CONSTRUCCIN DE HBITATS, SL d) LUBASA GRUPO EMPRESARIAL Some of these companies are also formed by another set of companies.




PRESENTATION OF INGECONS

1.- PRESENTATION

INGECONS, is the result of the application of a consolidation strategy of several companies, having different activities (equipment installation, construction, supply of construction equipments, engineering, etc.(, united for a common aim: the construction, with the objective to give to the client the maximum satisfaction in all aspects: studies, planning, price, quality, service, delays, etc.

Its existence over time followed the following chronology:

Comares, was founded in 1994 to provide services for construction and public works.

Armo Instalaciones, was founded in 2000 as a company specializing in hydraulics and plumbing in the construction field, both as a civil building.

Coelfri Instalaciones, was founded in 2002, specializes in electrical installations, air conditioning and home automation in new housing, industries, hotels, etc.. In 2004, she has definitely broadened its scope by diversifying the company into two distinct areas, the electrification and automation on one side, and air conditioning / cooling and maintenance of the other reviewers.

Ingecons, was founded in 2003 as construction company specializing in large projects and work, both residential as non-residential, characterized by their magnitude and complexity.

The importance given by INGECONS Human Capital, that we could gather in our group formed a large team of people with much decision-making capacity, technical knowledge and experience, which allows us to work with Peace be fully prepared for any request of our customers.




2.- DESIGN OF THE STRATEGIC PLAN OF INGECONS

The design of the strategic plan INGECONS consists of following steps:

3.- QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT

The engagement for environmental in all our actions is one of the essential elements that inspire the policies of INGECONS.

That is why IINGECONS bases its actions following a strategic plan, one of the cornerstones Social Responsibility, one of the key aspects on which you base this pillar is respect for the environment. We therefore inculcate values and behaviours that respect the environment, pointing to correct environmental practices by all persons who enter the group, in the activities developed in the different areas of it.

To implement these principles, the Directorate INGECONS will:

To take the necessary measures aimed at preventing pollution and, or when it is not possible, to reduce to a minimum the pollutant emissions.

To reduce systematically the waste, recycling and reusing it whenever possible, as well as to use efficiently the natural resources, raw materials and energy.

To take all necessary measures aimed at guarantying the compliance to all the state or local environment rules applicable to our activities, as well as any undertaking given by the Group in the future

To establish the procedure for periodical reviews of the environmental policies, as well as for the application of corrective actions when defaults have been detected.

To define and review periodically the objectives defined for the compliance to the environment policy of the Group, as part of the continuous improvement of our action in this sector.

To spread the environment policy among the employees, the suppliers, the subcontractors and other interested parties.




4.- TRADING AREAS

4.1.- CONSTRUCTION

The trading area of construction and real estate development in the GRUPO COMARES the construction and promotion represented by COMARES INGENIERA Y CONSTRUCCIN, which integrally realizes all services related to the construction.

It was created as an answer to the market need of an integral service, with high professional capacity, and a strict control of quality, prices and delays. It was the result of the consolidation of the efforts of its founders and collaborators and their large experience in the construction sector.

INGECONS is a young company, which however has a solid experience, then a great part of its professionals have more than 20 years of occupational activity. This allows us to be agile and flexible, but at the same time to be solid and rigorous as the more veteran companies. However, as our critical mass is smaller, we need less response time to answer the requests of our clients.

We have realized and participated in outstanding projects, which due to their complexity, difficulty and urgency were absolutely unfeasible for other companies of the sector.

4.2.- DOMOTIQUE

The trading area of house automation studies designs and installs house automation systems for housing, which control the heating, air conditioned, alarm, light, blinds, awnings, etc., with the most recent technology.

All these installations are able to control absolutely all the systems by cellular phone, if needed, and with a program that allows the most efficient energy utilization, and consequently important energy savings and an improvement of environmental protection.

The house automation system described below is designed for the control of building, either of offices and hotels or private houses.

It integrates the lighting, air conditioning, engines of blinds and curtains, presence and access controls, monitoring and control from a central control point, etc. All these functions are perfectly coordinated and managed in order to obtain the best rates of comfort, energy saving and safety in the building or house.




4.3.- ENGINEERING

A great technical multidisciplinary team favours that all the studies and budgets that we realize are perfectly adjusted to the needs of the client.

We have a policy of continuous training of our technicians in the latest novelties in the fields of engineering and architecture.

The influence of the Group in all the fields related to the construction facilitates the interaction of the different techniques and methodologies applicable to the construction, which turns the technical team of INGECONS into Leader and Technological Associate in the works contracted with our clients.

The synthesis capacity in solving the problems that can turn up during the construction is determinant for us.

In all our realizations we collaborate closely with our clients, and in particular in the following areas:

4.4.- AIR CONDITIONING

The trading area of air conditioning was created with a clear technological and ecological ideology, realising an integral management and control of the installations and services in the aim of controlling and giving comfort and welfare.




We opt for the achievement of the proposed objectives with an unavoidable premise, the environmental protection, and so our air conditioning systems are base on new technologies and ecological gases.

The products we install are manufactured by the most important manufacturers in the world, the controls and automatisms are of latest generation, and allow an important reduction of the air conditioning costs.

The service we offer is the one of an industrial and domestic installer company of all types of equipments and accessories in the air conditioning sector.

In this department, the main activity is concentrated in the construction, operation, maintenance and plant maintenance treatment of wastewater and sanitation.

6.- TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION AND PICTURE In this document we attach a small sample of recent projects.

6.1.- HOTEL ATRIUM BEACH

LOCATION :

Avda. de los Marineros s/n. Hotel Atrium Beach, Villajoyosa - Alicante

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:

Project symbolic of the first order because it is the largest hotel in Europe at the forefront of beach, with 1470 rooms, and unique thanks to its fun zones as the walk of stars, restaurants, shops, themed areas , area lakes, lazy river, swimming pool with waves, etc.

Built on a plot of 28,000 m2 with 10,000 m2 of slab foundation, 2 basements (on the second at 9 m below sea level), a ground floor and 19 floors for a total of 120,000 m2 construction.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

Technical Management and Construction of all work. Execution of all masonry (900 of 1470 rooms have been made) and we are awaiting the resumption of work to finish this contract once again obtained the permit modification by the owner.

FEATURES TO MENTION

Work done in record time, excavation and foundations in 3 months (in solving problems pumping nearly 3,000,000 litters / day), the structure was completed in 10 months, we worked 24 hours a day permanently until early last summer.

The masonry executed (900 rooms), was conducted between April and September, we coordinated all professions and have been on site




6.2.- BUILDING ATRIUM PLAZA

LOCATION:

Avda. de lAigera s/n, Benidorm Alicante


Project 80 apartments, ground floor commercial and two basements, the second at 12 m. under the sidewalk, made with screen walls and lattice structure with forged and shaped fan.

Total of 8 floors with a total of 15,000 m2 of construction.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

Engineering Management and Construction of the full work.

Running the entire site in "turnkey".

The work was done on time.




6.3.- BUILDING MESANA

LOCATION:

Access road to Marina Luis Campomanes. Altea - Alicante


Draft of 63 apartments, front line beach. Total of 8 floors with a total of 15,000 m2 of construction.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

Rebuilding and strengthening the original structure. Execution of all masonry work, installation and finishing.


The site was done on schedule and is currently completing.




6.4.- MADRID PARC WARNER

LOCATION:

Parc dAttractions Warner S. Martn de la Vega - Madrid


Draft comprehensive reform paths inside the park, including areas with new gardens and new access to attractions. Construction Events Center and the new attraction Scooby Doo.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

Technical Management and Construction of all work. Execution of all work in "turnkey".


The work was done in record time, by performing any internal reform in 2 months and the construction of the Events Center with all facilities (kitchen, air conditioning, fire protection, plumbing and electricity) and the attraction Scooby Doo in 3 months.




6.5.- BALNEARIO BLANCAFORT

LOCATION:

La Garriga Barcelona


Draft comprehensive reform of the resort center, including with new electrical, plumbing and air conditioning.

SCOPE OF WORKS:

Technical Management and Construction of all work. Execution of all facilities as a "turnkey".


The work was done by providing the technical means (foreman and manager) to coordinate industrial and business plumbing, electricity and air conditioning INGECONS.

The main activity of URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, S.L. is the implementation of international trade projects.

5.- REFERENCES.

The technical and management personnel of URBASERVICIOS has a long experience in the execution of Agricultural Development Projects, continuously from the last 25 years; since the realization of the first drip irrigation installations in Staoueli (ALGERIA) in 1.980.

In 1.985 and after the nascent liberalization of the Algerian agricultural production sector, we designed and brought up what we could call the first Integral Agrifood Project of ALGERIA, on a surface of 600 Has, in the region of Zouibet (W. Biskra).

In 1.992, we developed one soil adaptation in Adrar (ALGERIA), with the design, supply and installation of 7.000 Has., of automatic irrigation, 10 of water abstraction wells, 10 basins of 200.000 m3, etc., for the production of vegetables for fresh consumption, and tomato for industrial processing, with a plant for production of tomato concentrate, project executed between 1.992 and 1.996.

This project, in spite of all difficulties, constituted one of the most important international qualification and technological references of our company.

6.- AGRO-INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION

In 2003-06 Urbaservicios has built an Integral Food Industry Complex in Adrar (Algeria), composed by an Agricultural Area, Greenhouses, a Tinning Factory and a Plant for the production of pipes. The complex is also equipped with auxiliary services, such as electricity (provided by the national company SONELGAZ with a line of 30 Kw), fuel (installation a pressured gas network), water (wells, basins for irrigation, underground tanks, pipelines, etc).

Its main objetive was to produce 1.200 Tm/day of tomato concentrate.

To carry out this goal was necessary a topographique study of 768.500 m, road constuction 194.700 m, system of trenches 561.200 m, pipelines 61.000.000 m, windbreak layout 474.60 m, plastic film for swamps 300.000 m2, filter stations 800 filters, concrete 18.000 m3 and earthworks 434.496 m3.

The complex was installed on a parcel of 7.000 Ha, situated 12 km from the wilaya of Adrar and 7 km from its airport. The project was composed of various production subdivisions, as follows:




6.1.- AGRICULTURAL AREA WITH LOCALIZED IRRIGATION SYSTEM.

A surface of 6.000 Ha, divided into ten identical sectors dedicated to agricultural activities. Each sector is provided with a water-tight basin and eight horizontal irrigation pumps.

For the filling in basin, were planed four wells with a vertical submersible pump each one.

To protect the crops, was installed some windbreak and hedges composed of 10.000 palm trees and ten of thousands various forest trees as acacias, etc. along the croplines.




6.2.- GREENHOUSES

A greenhouse covered by plastic materials, divised in twelve singles storeys, grouped in units of nine, which allow producing 120.000 plants/year.

6.3.- TINNING FACTORY

A tomato cannery was installed, with a processing capacity of 1.200 Tm/day of tomato, cold-break, hot-break, peeled tomatoes, tomato juice and many sauces. The cannery was provided with a line of waste processing, treatment and seed processing.




6.4.- PIPE PLANT

At the industry area of Adrar was located a Pipe Plant for PVC and PE pipes with production of dripper. The capacity of that Plant was:

In 2004 we developed an Integral Project for Agricultural Production in Gandiaye, Senegal, financed by the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (AECI), composed of a livestock farming of murciano-granadina goats, exported from our production center in Campos del Ro, Murcia.

The project included a fodder crop area of 7,5 has, with basin and installation of irrigation, as well as a milk transformation unit for cheese-making, with cold room.

6.5.- OTHER PROJETS

Since 2.003, we have been developing one of the most important projects of international cooperation as suppliers and partners of the "Socit Algrienne de Leasing Mobilier" SALEM, for the equipment of micro-enterprises for the incorporation of young graduates to the agricultural activity, financed 100% by FAD credit of the Spanish Government, with the guarantee of the Algerian Development Bank (BAD).

In a first phase, it is composed of 550 projects of micro-enterprises in the following areas:

Soils and water irrigation analyses. Equipment of localized irrigation systems. Mobile units for maintenance and repair of equipments. Units of dairy transformation for cheese-making. Units of pasteurization and bagging of milk. Farms of poultries (quails or other). Slaughterhouses of poultries Societies for hygiene and disinfection of installations.

We are studying the amplification of this program in a second phase that will include 2.000 projects, for example:

Mobile units for veterinary intervention, hygiene and health control of food installations,

Centers for the conditioning and cold storage of fruits and vegetables,

Within the context of this same program of micro-enterprises, we installed for free, as a gift of URBASERVICIOS, in the headquarters of the Algerian Technological Institute for Livestock Farming (ITELV) in Baba Al, Algiers ALGERIA, a permanent Training Centre, composed of three buildings equipped with:

Slaughterhouse of poultries with capacity for 150 chickens/hour,

Cheese-making unit for 300 liters/day, with maturation and conservation rooms,

Unit of pasteurization and bagging of milk, with conservation room,

Multipurpose building F4 type, for accommodation, training or administrative services.




This ambitious program of the Algerian Ministry of Agriculture, in which URBASERVICIOS has seriously involved itself, represents an important impulse to the incorporation of young graduates to the production sector, what will allow to face with guarantees, the future programs of structure modernization and agricultural and agri-food production techniques throughout the country.

This presence and commitment of our team has also materialized in different international projects, such as:

Libya: design of several projects of the Artificial Stream program.

Senegal: important program of housing schools and day nurseries construction, for which URBASERVICIOS gave several buildings (class room, F4 house and day nursery), completely equipped, installed in Koeur Massar, national program Plan Jaxaai, 2.006. Also for Senegal we designed a project of equipment of 43 centers of handling and cold storage of fish, and a program of modernization of agricultural structures, concerning more than 1.250 hectares, with the construction of wells, basins, greenhouses and centers for the conditioning of fruits and vegetables.

Burkina Faso: cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture in the development of an agricultural modernization program based on a centre for handling, conditioning, storage and distribution of horticultural products.

In several countries, such as the Cape Verde, Sao Tom and Prncipe, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, etc.: whole range of services for the development of the primary sectors and life quality improvement

As regards technology transfer, our group designed, supplied, installed, started and trained the personnel of one of the most modern Plastic Manufacturing Plant for pressured water pipes, irrigation and drainage and plastic sheets in ALGERIA for the company ALG-CCAR/AGR-EAUX in 2003/04.

This plant, with a transformation capacity of more than 10.000 Tons/year, is an remarkable example of training, technology transfer and know how, due to its capacity and quality production, innovative formulation system and raw materials process, level of automation and control of quality in conformity with ISO9000, equivalent to the most modern European installations

7. CONSTRUCTION WORKS

URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, S.L. has a large experience in the sector of the industrial and prefabricated construction.

In all the projects we have realised, all buildings have been designed, manufactured and assembled by the qualified personnel of URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, S.L.

In cases of emergency, URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, S.L. has supplied buildings, schools, boarding schools and living bases for victims and volunteers, in several countries such as Algeria, Morocco, Colombia, Senegal, Dominican Republic and Chile.

Earth moving and land transformation

Our knowledge of the prefabricated construction techniques has allowed us to participate in projects of public works, as an associate company, responsible for supply and logistics.

In 2003 URBASERVICIOS organized the supply and construction of more than 550 individual houses and 20.000 school places for the disaster victims of the earthquake of May 21, 2003, in Boumerds, ALGERIA. This project was realized with prefabricated buildings in steel insulation panels, in record time of 6 months.




In 2004 we built-up and equipped in Imzouren, Morocco, a secondary education residential school for 260 students, disaster victims of the earthquake of Al-Hoceima of that same year, financed by the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (AECI).

The centre has dormitories for 260 students, industrial kitchen with cold rooms, mess room for 200 per turn, infirmary, study hall, toilets, change rooms, administrative buildings and storage areas.

Currently, URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, S.L. is building several real estate developments in Spain, in the cities of La Union and Torrepacheco, as well as other international projects in Algeria, Senegal and Dominican Republic.

8.- GROUND WATER CATCHING

In this sector URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, S.L. realises wells and hydraulic works associated to swamps, canalisations or pumping stations, not only in Spain, but also in foreign countries. We have a wide range of references in Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Chile, where we could work with several equipments and a technical team specialised in working in arid zones and unstable slopes.

We have supplied all type of equipments, from the first cable-tool drilling equipments, direct rotation equipments and also the most modern equipments highly efficient in all types of slopes. These equipments can incorporate in the same machine the direct rotation with the reverse flow hammer drill, allowing performances of nearly 100 lineal metres per machine and day, for depths between 150 and 500 metres and diameters of 17,5".

The supply of these equipments and all consumables, the displacement of specialised personnel and other logistic means, make of URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, S.L. a good partner in the realization of integral agricultural projects, water supply to the population or to public works sites.

9.- ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND FOREST FIRE CONTROL

In the early 90's, when Spain began to suffer a wave of forest fires, URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA. S.L. created a Research and Development department dedicated to the application of new technologies and to the creation of more efficient means for forest fire fighting.

The first project we realized was the construction of an overweight and polyvalent pump water tank, by the recycling of frames of tanks type T-55 and M-60, from the Disarmament agreements between the NATO and the Warsaw Pact..

This project, initially totally financed by URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, S.L., was declared European project. At the same time the public company TRAGSA, depending from the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture and the Spanish Ministry of Environment joined the project as associates.

This tank has proved its efficiency in night and windy fires, when aerial means cannot be used.

In collaboration with the authorities of the Autonomous Community of Castilla La Mancha, we developed two programs for the construction of fire fighting vehicles. The first one was a nurse tanks of 9.000 litres and chassis 6x6 specially adapted for direct attack. The second was a vehicle for control and first aid, based on a Land Rover chassis; it was considered the most efficient in its category.

In the field of environmental protection URBASERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, S.L. has participated in several campaigns for the construction of fire lines, in collaboration with the authorities of the Autonomous Communities of Castilla La Mancha, Andalusia, Valencia and Murcia.




10.- CONSTRUCTION PORT INFRASTRUCTURE

URBAERVICIOS DE CARTAGENA, S.L. has a large experience in the construction of fishing vessels, participating in the modernization of the Algerian fishing fleet, by the supply of modern vessels, but also with projects of construction and equipment of shipyards, and the equipment of centers for the conditioning and cold conservation of fish.

Modern installations and a complete team of engineers, mechanics, welders, painters, carpenters and specialists in polyester-fiber allow us to be leaders on the market of the fishing vessels in ALGERIA.

DESCRIPTION: Office building and distribution yard.




This is an office building, leaning against distribution depot appliances. The building area is 5,000 m2; the office building has an area of 1.1428 m2 and consists of basement, ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor and roof deck. The structure is reinforced concrete made on site, with prestressed for training forged. The basement walls are concrete cased with two faces. The drop zone has an area of 3152 m2 and is composed of basement and ground floor. It is made with precast concrete, both the structure as the walls and roof panels are sheet.




The office building is made entirely with materials of high quality coatings micro-perforated sheet metal, wood siding (trespa) and aluminum curtain walls (Thecnal). The interior finishes are fine materials, walls and plasterboard walls in aluminum and glass, all of high quality there are courtyards that provide light to all rooms

To realize the project we counted with a manufacturer's technical team, composed of a team leader, a foreman and a foreman, and workers Blauverd and various

This is an office building, leaning against a shop truck for Scania brand. It is situated on a plot of 20,000 m2 and occupies an area of 2,500 m2. The land has been completely urbanized with sewerage, underground piping, concrete slabs and asphalt. The area of the shop truck is made of steel structure with precast concrete walls and roof panel coated steel 50 mm. On metal belts.




The office building is steel frame and forged working in sheet metal and concrete. It has two floors and finishes are noble and modern materials. The sandstone was used in coating porcelain facades, curtain walls and stainless steel. The interior arrangements are made of gypsum board (PLADUR) and walls of glass and aluminum.

To achieve this construction we counted with a manufacturer's technical team, composed of a team leader, a foreman and a foreman, the workers so as Blauverd different subcontractors specialists in different trades of construction, which at peak reached 40 people. It was counted with mobile cranes, site huts 4, 1 telescopic manipulator, 2 forklifts, dump 1 and different construction machinery.

This is the implementation of Canon's headquarters in Valencia and logistics warehouse firm.

This is an office building and adjoining warehouse logistics. Is situated on a plot of 2.415 m2 and occupies an area of 1182.48 m2.

Solar system entirely urbanized drains buried facilities, concrete screeds. The storage area is accomplished through a structure of metal, the type space HOLLY ROVER pregnant with concrete block and faced sandwich steel plate prewashed. The roof panel is 50 mm lacquered veneer. On the metal braces. The office building is a reinforced concrete structure.




The building is arranged on two floors plus basement for garage and warehouse. The ground floor used as a reception, meeting room and training facilities and technical.

On the first floor are the offices of the technical and commercial management. It has been used in coatings and flamed granite facade curtain wall aluminum. Distributions are made of plaster, the inset (PLADUR).

The complex is developed on a triangular lot and corners are the three blocks.




The building comprises 241 units in three blocks, made with reinforced concrete structure and foundation of unidirectional wrought by precast piles "in draft". Raft association for working ties of piles 35 cm thick.

For the execution of the excavation we had to use sheet piling around the perimeter of the yard. Within three blocks are available in a common area or zero mark where the common services of social club, swimming pool and recreational areas for children and adults.

ACCESS TO ALICANTE BY THE A-213 RAMBLA RAMBUCHAR

Alicante

11.500 m long stretch of dual carriageway with 7 m wide double carriageway, 2 m exterior hard shoulders, 1 m inferior hard shoulders and 3 m central reservation delimited by a double concrete barrier.

The stretch begins at the roundabout that links the A-7 road with the University of Alicante and ends in the Rambla del Rambuchar, heading towards Alcoy. To solve the crossroads with different existing roads 13 roundabouts, 2 underpasses built under the railway lines and 6 double deck bridges were built.

Building of a 320.000 m2 esplanade on the +1.5 level delimited by a vertical dike made of 33.75 m long and 19.6 m wide floating caissons. We also dredged 3.115.000 m3.





CONTAINER PLATFORMS IN THE PORT OF CASTELLN


Construction of a 410 m long and 14 m deep pier and a Ro-Ro berth. A 120.000 m2 esplanade for stocking containers and general goods made by dredging and filling in 1.300.000 m3, concrete paving and asphalting, offices and buildings for workshops and warehouses. Foundations and tracks for Panamax portainer cranes with all the necessary infrastructures.

OROPESA DEL MAR MARINA

Oropesa del Mar (Castelln)

Construction of a marina with 668 moors as well as the corresponding services (petrol station, dry dock, etc). By creating a 521 m sea wall and 182 m counter dike we gained an area of approx. 100.000 m2 from the sea. The moors are distributed in the 881 m of dock and the 802 m of fixed jetty built.





LEVANTE DIKE OF THE PORT OF PEISCOLA

Pescola (Castelln)

Work on the Levante dike by placing a 60.550 t breakwater of rectangular stone blocks of up to 12 t each the construction of a barrier dike using 4.700 m3 of concrete.

PARQUE DEL OESTE DEVELOPMENT

Valencia

Drafting of the project and execution of the construction work of the Parque del Oeste garden on the grounds of the old Aviation Park of Valencia. Lubasa has increased its building activity in different cities on the East coast and so the city of Valencia is becoming one of the areas where Lubasa is developing a large part of its activities, such as the case of this public park.




BENICALAP SUR DEVELOPMENT

Valencia

The grounds are situated to the north of the city of Valencia, next to the area of Benicalap between two historical routes that are the roads of Moncada and Burjassot. The area of development is almost 200.000 m2 with preferential use for multi-family housing. The construction of 1.405 homes is foreseen. The area will be distributed as follows: Plots for residential use: 55.342 m2; Plots for commercial use: 5.472 m2; Plots for schools: 21.987 m2; Green Areas: 25.549 m2; Other equipment: 23.100 m2; Road surface: 64.139 m2. The design of the central garden was developed in collaboration with the Gardening and Landscaping service of the Valencia City Council.




DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF TRANSPORT


Full development work of the City of Transport with an area of 690.000 m2 that includes drainage system, plumbing and drinking water systems, telephone networks, building of a 25 m long by 13 m wide flyover, lighting installations, road and pavement formation and gardening

CIRCUIT DE LA COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA RICARDO TORMO

Cheste (Valencia)

The circuit has a main course of 4.005 m long with a main straight of 876 meters and 14 bends, 5 to the right and 9 to the left. The course has a width of 12 m throughout, except the starting straight which is 13 m wide. The grandstand has a capacity of 60.000 seated spectators with a total capacity (including paddock areas) of around 120.000 spectators




CO-CATHEDRAL OF SANTA MARIA


Finalization of the ciborium, construction of the crypt and restoration of the roof.

AQUARAMA WATER PARK

Benicssim (Castelln)

Construction of a water park in Benicsim, pioneer in its time (1986), to increase the leisure needs in the tourist area from Pescola to Castelln. Artificial mountains and lakes, wave areas, all kinds of aquatic and hydraulic installations, pumping station, etc.

Budget: 231.884 Euros.




2.1.6. HYDRAULIC WORKS

POND TO REGULATE IIRIGATION FLOW

San Jorge (Castelln)

Pond to regulate irrigation flow with a capacity of 250.000 m3, an approximate area of 30.000 m2 and average water line height of 15,00 m, includes the necessary pipes for incoming and outgoing water, valves, perimeter protection kerb, wave break and drainage. Built with compacted loose material and covered with a 5 cm thick pumped concrete base with 350 kg cement per m3 and a steel rebar.




TRANSFORMATION FROM TRADITIONAL TO LOCALIZED IRRIGATION

Services

Drip irrigation installation on an area of 2.438 ha by building a 80.339 m3 regulation pond, proofed with polyethylene laminate, general and primary distribution systems with 86 km of cast iron, polyester and PVC pipes with diameters varying up to 800 mm. 363 hydrants with automatic meter readers, 1.354 points at ground level with polyethylene pipes, drive stations, control centre and warehouse. The whole installation is automated by radio control.

Budget: 15.591.984 Euros.
