2.2VT LIU CHO GI CU N HI (gi cao su ct ban thep)(1) Tng qut

(a) Tt c nhng vt liu c dng sn xut gi lp rp phi l nhng vt liu mi v khng c s dng nguyn liu ti ch kt hp trong lp rp cui cng.

(b) Gi n hi bao gm cc m n hi dt mng hoc cc m n hi dt mng nh c ch ra trn bn v v c ghi trong ti liu ny.

(4) Gi cao su thnh phm

2.3 m thp m

2.4 NG GI, VN CHUYN V LU KHO

Khi vn chuyn t ni sn xut, cc gi s c ng gi theo cng mt loi nhp kho, c thng, v bo v chng h hng trong qu trnh vn chuyn, do thi tit hoc bt k s ri ro bt thng no.

Mi gi hon chnh s c nhng du hiu nhn dng mt cch r rng, c bt bulng, c chng bng dy ai mt cch an ton hoc buc dy ngn nga bt k s chuyn ng tng i, v nh du trn nh ca n, v tr v hng trn mi mt kt cu trong d n ph hp vi cc bn v, phi km theo chng ch ca nh sn xut.

Nh thu phi trnh ln K s xin duyt mt bn bo co chi tit v cc phng php lp t cc gi cu. Mt khi cc phng php ny c K s ph duyt, chng s khng c thay i nu khng c K s ph duyt.

2.5 TRNH

Nh thu phi chun b v trnh T vn kim tra v chp thun theo cc iu sau:

(a) Cc chng ch ca Nh sn xut v vt liu gi n hi, trong m gi n hi s c cung cp cho tt c cc yu cu ca Ch dn k thut. Cc chng ch ny l cc bn copy kt qu th nghim ca nh sn xut v cc mu ca vt liu n hi lm m gi.

(b) Cc chng ch gi cu ca Nh sn xut tng cung cp cho cc d n khc, danh sch cc d n , nc no v m hiu gi cng nh c tnh.

(c) Bn v gi cu c thit k theo Tiu chun AASHTO, mc 18, phn II, quyn II hoc theo tiu chun tng ng c T vn cho php. Bn v phi th hin c chi tit ca gi cu bao gm c vt liu d kin s dung v chng nhn cc gi trnh c thit k p ng vi yu cu ti trng c chi tit ra trong bn v. Ch c ch to khi c T vn chp thun.

(d) Bn v thi cng v thuyt minh tnh ton tt c gi cu ph hp k hoch thi cng ch ra trong bn v.

(e) Bin php chi tit miu t th tc ng gi, vn chuyn v lu kho cc gi cu s c dng cho d n.

(f) Chi tit k hoch cho tt c cc th nghim v vt liu v cc b phn gi cu c s dng cho D n.(g) Chi tit trnh t thi cng lp t gi cu s c dng cho d n.

(h) Mt s tay chi tit v vic hng dn bo dng, quy trnh thay th, cc phng php lp t cc gi cu. Mt khi K s T vn chp thun cc phng php th cc phng php lp t s khng c thay i nu khng c s ng trc ca K s T vn. (i) Bng cam kt bo hnh sn phm

3.YU CU THI CNG

3.1TH NGHIM V MU

(1) Trc khi lp t gi vo v tr, Nh thu phi tin hnh th nghim gi t nht 1 mu cho mi loi theo cng do Nh thu lp trnh T vn gim st, Ch u t v cp c thm quyn ph duyt. (2) Th ti phi thc hin cho tt c gi c phn lc thit k khc nhau

(3) Th nghim s c thc hin ti phng th nghim c lp c K s chp thun.3.2GI N HI

(1)Th nghim nn cc gi trong mt thi gian di

Nhng gi c chn phi cht ti nn vi tr s gp1.5 ln so vi ti trng thit k ln nht trong mt thi gian t nht l 15 gi. Nu trong qu trnh th nghim, ti st xung di 1.3 ln so vi ti trng thit k ln nht, thi gian th ti cn tng thm mt khong tng ng ti trng st xung di gii hn . Gi c kim tra bng mt cui qu trnh th nghim trong khi n vn chu ti. Nu c dng phnh ra, iu cho thy rng cc tm thp dt song song v tm n hi c dung sai nm ngoi qui nh hoc dnh bm gia cc tm dt km, gi ny phi loi b. Nu c hn 3 mt nt tch vi b rng vt nt >0.08in (2mm) v chiu su vt nt > 0,08 (2mm) gi cng b loi.

(2)Cc th nghim mdun ct ca vt liu lm gi

Cc mdun ct ca vt liu gi hon thin c nh gi bng th nghim mt mu c ct ra t gi dng cc thit b v phng php m t trong ph lc A ca tiu chun ASTM D 4014 hoc theo m t ca K s T vn, th nghim cng khng ph hu c tnh so snh c th lm trn mt cp gi hon chnh. M un ct c thp hn trong khong 15% so vi cc gi tr qui nh hoc nm trong phm vi cng c a ra trong tiu chun k thut ca AASHTO cho cc cu ,iu 14.3 phn I khi khng c cc m un ct qui nh. Nu th nghim tin hnh trn cc gi hon chnh, m dun ct ca vt liu xc nh t cng chu ct o c ca gi c xt nh hng ca yu t hnh hc gi v ti trng nn n cng chu ct.

3.3DUNG SAI

Cc c tnh ca m gi n hi s phi nm trong khong dung sai cho php ca Nh sn xut. Cc dung sai ny phi c T vn chp thun trc.

3.4LOI B GI

Bt c gi no m theo kt qu th nghim nu, th hin bt c du hiu sai st no nh c nu di y, phi c loi b v thay th.

(a) V hoc bin dng vnh vin b phn n hi;

(b) Rch, nt hoc bin dng vnh vin b mt;

(c) Nt hoc bin dng vnh vin ai bt hoc phn khc ca gi;

(d) Cc du hin mi mn cho thy tip xc khng bnh thng gia cc b mt kim loi ca cc tm gi hoc pt tng, v chu;

(e) Khng tho mn cc yu cu ca Tiu chun k thut ny.

(f) Cc gi b h hi trong qu trnh vn chuyn, lp t hoc cc hot ng thi cng sau cng phi loi b v thay th bng chi ph ca Nh thu.

Nh thu phi chu mi chi ph pht sinh gy ra t vic loi b gi nh cp n cc tiu mc trn.

3.5LP T GI

(a) Cc gi s c nh du mt cch r rng theo trc dc v cc trc ngang ca chng, s kiu loi v v tr nh dng trong Cng trnh.

(b) Tr khi c s chp thun khc ca T vn, Nh thu s lp t tt c cc gi trn va khng co ngt theo tiu chun ASTM C1107, Loi A. Nh thu trnh ngh v b dy gi, kiu b k gi v lp va m v phi c K s T vn ph chun trc khi lp t.

(c) Khng c tho ri gi. Khng cc bu lng, ai kp, hoc cu kin c nh tm thi khc ri ra khi vn chuyn n, tn lc gi c c nh v tr cui cng ca n v kt cu ngay trn gi c lp t. Vic bo dng phi m bo chc chn rng ton b cc bu lng, ai kp hoc cu kin c nh tm thi cui cng mi c tho d.

(d) Tt c cc gi phi c t nm ngang trn c hai hng v nh v sao cho trc dc nh du song song vi tim kt cu ti v tr t gi, tr nhng trng hp khc c ghi ch trong cc bn v.

(e) Bt c thit b no nh cc b phn bng thp dng gi cao gi trong khi c nh phi c tho b khi lp t xong, cho cc gi ch t trn lp va ca n.

(f) Trn cc gi n hi c k dm c sn v t dm, ngay trc lc t dm v t dm phi ph trn nh gi mt lp va khng co ngt cng cao c ph chun dy khc phc s khng u n trn b mt gi v dm, t dm.

4. BO M CHT LNG

(a) Gi cu s c cung cp bi nh ch to c chng nhn ISO 9001:2000.

(b) Nh ch to phi c kinh nghim trong ch to cc gi cu n hi t nht l 10 nm vi cc ti liu tham chiu cng vic chng minh chc chn v cng tc cu.

(c) Gi cu c thit k v th nghim v bn vng v lc trt theo cc yu cu ca 22TCN 272 2005 hoc AASHTO M 251 hoc tng ng c T vn ph duyt.

(d) Gi cu c th tho ri v c th c thay th vi kch kt cu ti thiu.

5.O C V THANH TON

5.1PHNG PHP O C

(a) S lng cc gi tnh bng s ca mi loi v tr lp t hon chnh v c K s T vn chp nhn. S lng cc gi tnh bng s ca mi loi v tr lp t hon chnh theo bn v khng tnh n kch c.

(a) Khi lng c nghim thu, o c nh c qui nh trn, s c thanh ton vi n gi hp ng i vi mi n v o c cho cc hng mc thanh ton ca Biu k khi lng(b) Tin thanh ton trang tri y cho vic trang b, th nghim gi, ch to, vn chuyn, sn ph, b tr vt liu nh nhn cng, dng c, thit b v cc chi ph cn thit hon thnh cng vic theo qui nh v ton b cc ph kin cn thit c ch ra trong bn v. Vic thanh ton cng bao gm c phn thanh ton cho cng tc chun b, sn xut, vn chuyn sn ph v lp t tt c cc thanh m bng thp m. Nu cc ming m c khoan hay trt va th th vic thanh ton cng bao gm c chi ph cho cc dng c, vt liu ph cho cng tc khoan hoc lm sch l khoan m, va epoxy cng nh vic t hp l cc tm m v trt va.
