3 DISPLAY OF PASS

The pass issued by the City Administrator, must be displayed

upon request, to any City Officer, attendants or guards b y the

holder thereof, to gain admissions to or make use of the park andits facilities.

4. GUEST PRIVILEGES

Pass holders are responsible for their guests' conduct.Weekda ys :

Pass holders entitled to guest Privileges are

allowed one (1) guest per day, in addition to the regular eica`(8) guest punches per season.

Week^^ays, Wee<ends ,a rd H oIidays ; The Household Cues; ?assallows one (1) guest per punch, with ten (ZO) weekday, weekend, amdholiday guests per year, per household.

^latfarm Ter.-:is : After the pool closes, a pass holder willbe entitled to three (3) guests per day, s

pecifically for the useof platform tennis courts.

Boaters : Pass holders who have a boat docked at the LakeFront Park are entitled to four (4) guests per day, specificallyfor use of boat. -'

5. MOTOR VEHICLES

(a) Shall be driven only on designated roadways and at sceeds

not in excess of ten (18) miles per hour using due care in

approaching children and other pedestrians.

(b) Parking will be permitted only in designated parkingareas.

(c) Washing, polishing, or repairing cares in Park isprohibited.

6. GENE_RAI, CONDUCT

Courtesy, moderation, and respect for rights of your 'neic bon

will make for fuller enjoyment of this Park by everyone. Boisterous

conduct, use of profane Cr obscene language is prohibited.

7. USE OF FAC_ILI_Z--5

(a) Picnic: The number of stoves and picnic tables availa=le

is limited and should not he reserved or held longer than

absolutely necessary. Use of picnic and recreation facilities nay

be regulated by Park Supervisor at his discretion. Fires permittedonly in stoves. All pager and other refuse must be place;

inrubbish cans.

(b) Persons using dockage facilities should observe open andclosing hours of the Park.

8. BEVERAGES

The Possession, use or display of intoxicating beverageswithin the Park is prohibited.

9. LOANING OF PASSES

No person whom a pass has been issued, shall lend or give the

same to any other person for use in obtaining admission to t:ePark. A violation of this rule shall suspend Park privileges to

the violator hereof for a period of two (2) weeks. Second

Violation shall be grounds for revoking such pass.

10. LOST OR STOLEN PASSES

In the event of lost or stolen passes, the holder thereof

shall report such loss to the proper City authorities. Duplicatepasses may be issued upon payment of a fee of two ($2.00) dollars.

In the issuance of duplicate passes, no guest privileges shall beallowed.

11. NOISE LEVELS

No sound equipment, radios, or similar equipment shall be

operated with the Park so as to produce sound levels in excess of

eighty-five (85) decibels as measured by a sound meter set on the"A" scale measured 15 feet from the source of the sound.
