Back2Work GroupNovember 15 - Nov 16. As an apprentice Assessor I assess 16+ in the following fields: Management and Team Leading, Customer Service, Warehousing and Business Administration. I also taught Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT to level 2.

British Army (retired as Warrant Officer Class 2)2006 – 2008 Training Manager Responsible for the running a military training centre and teams of teachers/tutors who NVQ assessed, taught digital/analogue communications, taught security, taught vocational qualifications and Defence Instructional Techniques (DIT) to the Combat Service Support, approximately 2000 personnel, at basic, intermediate and management level across multiple sites. Responsible for site security and security of Cryptographic items whilst ensuring guards were posted, security was maintained and CCTV was used within the law.

Taught Defence Instructional Techniques to forces teachers, implemented the training standards of teachers/trainers and maintained quality with monthly assessments and written reports.

Managed a specialist vehicle fleet to ensure it was legally compliant, available to use and maintained to the required standards.

Managed NVQ assessors and directly assessed young soldiers in communications and driving NVQ’s as part of their on-going apprenticeship and personal development. .
