  • PENGENALAN(INTRODUCTION)

    Sinopsis (Synopsis) :Kursus ini memberi penerangan mengenai keperluan dan kepentingan kaunseling industri yang merangkumi aspek-aspek kaunseling personalia, bimbingan dan perkembangan kerjaya, perancangan program, pekerjaan dan sumber maklumat pembelajaran, performance appraisal.

    (This course provides an explanation about the need and importance of industrial counseling covering aspects of personnel counseling, mentoring and career development, program planning, employment and educational information resources, performace appraisal)

  • PENGENALAN(INTRODUCTION)

    Sinopsis (Synopsis) :Ia juga meliputi faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan kerja, motivasi, kepemimpinan, komunikasi di antara pekerja dan ketua dalam industri dan pengendalian stres di tempat kerja.

    (It also covers related factors with job satisfaction, motivation, leadership, communication between workers and leaders in the industry and handling stress in the workplace)

  • GROUP ASSIGNMENT 1 (Poster) - 15% TUGASAN KUMPULAN 1 (Poster) - 15%Each group consisted of 5 students. (Setiap kumpulan terdiri daripada 5 orang pelajar) Each group is required to visit a government or private organizations or statutory bodies and interviewing relevant officials or person involved in counseling work.

    (Setiap kumpulan dikehendaki melawat sebuah organisasi kerajaan atau swasta atau badan berkanun dan menemuduga pegawai- pegawai yang berkaitan ataupun yang terlibat dalam kaunseling tempat kerja)Selection of the same place is PROHIBITED.

  • Identify the issues that occur within the organization visited and ways of organization addressing those issues. View from the perspective of the organization, its employees and officers/counselors in the organization. Each group should make an assessment from the viewpoint of counseling in the workplace. The information obtained should be used for the purpose of Task 2 group (Module Development & Presentation). The presentation begins at week 9.

    (Kenal pasti isu-isu yang berlaku dalam organisasi yang dilawati dan cara- cara organisasi berkenaan menangani isu- isu tersebut. Lihat daripada perspektif organisasi, pekerja dan pegawai/ kaunselor dalam organisasi tersebut. Setiap kumpulan perlu membuat penilaian dari sudut pandangan kaunseling dalam tempat kerja. Maklumat yang diperolehi mestilah digunakan bagi tuju
