    pain and inflammation by inhibiting the production of

    Finally, boron reduces a mans risk of prostate cancer. When

    researchers looked at the dietary patterns of men with

    prostate cancer versus those of men without they found that

    men who included boron rich foods in their diets were 64%

    less likely to have prostate cancer.17

    Te best way to increase your boron intake is to eat foods

    rich in boron. Red grapes, plums, pears, and apples are all

    good sources. So are avocados, nuts, and legumes. rail mix

    with raisins and dried plums is a great way to snack and getmore boron. You can also take a boron supplement. If you

    decide to add a boron supplement, choose one that contains

    boron citrate and take 750 micrograms each day.

    Chromium

    Chromium is another mineral you dont hear too much

    about, but that doesnt mean its not important. In fact,

    when it comes to preventing and treating diabetes,

    chromium is the most important mineral there is.
