Resposta: Porque muitas vezes o fabricante faz uma alteração

qualquer no aparelho, seja substituindo, acrescentando ou eliminando um

componente qualquer do equipamento. Como na maioria das vezes esta

mudança não caracteriza uma melhora ou queda notável no desempenho do

equipamento, ele continua sendo comercializado com o mesmo modelo. Só se

muda ou lança um modelo novo no mercado quando estas alterações técnicas

melhoram ou acrescentam recursos ao aparelho.

prevista na legislação vigente. Destravando DVD-ROMS O sistema de zoneamento criado pela MPAA e seus associados pode ate ser justo sob o ponto de vista deles. Mas legalmente, não tem validade nenhuma e você não infligirá qualquer lei se criar mecanismos para rodar um disco de DVD gerado por uma região num player de outra área. O destravamento é um processo relativamente simples. E primeiro lugar, você terá que fazer o download de 3 programas: ___REMOTE SELECTOR: Este pequenino programa é o que destrava o DVD player. Com ele você pode escolher qual a região quer assistir, bem como desativar o Macovision e escolher o sistema de cor e freqüência (NTSC/PAL, 60/50Hz), entre outras funções. ___DRIVE REGION INF: Este é um dos mais importantes, pois com ele você determinara qual o firmware do seu drive de DVD-ROM, e para qual firmware você devera atualiza-lo. Se você atualizar para o firmware errado, pode danificar seu drive irreversivelmente. ___FIRMWARE: Este é o novo firmware do seu DVD. escolha-o baseado no que o Drive Region Info informar. A escolha do firmware errado pode danificar seu drive de DVD-ROM. O firmware é a parte de software incluída no aparelho pelo fabricante, contendo as informações básicas dele. Entretanto, não pode ser gravado e regravado a vontade. Em modelos antigos, o firmware só era atualizado trocando-se o chip do fabricante. Em modelos recentes, gravados no esquema de memória EPROM, geralmente é possível gravar apenas uma vez a atualização. Softwares no site http://www.visualdomain.net/ Passo 1 - Execute o Drive Region Info e anote corretamente o modelo e o código do seu drive DVD. Se uma mensagem surgir informando que seu DVD-ROM não possui proteção de região, avance ate o passo 5;

Passo 2 - Saia do Drive Info, e faca o download do firmware que o drive Info lhe recomendou. O firmware pode ser encontrado no diretório de downloads do VisualDomain; Passo 3 - Descompacte o arquivo em um diretório, por exemplo c:\firmware. Esse programa faz a atualização da memória flash do seu drive DVD-ROM. este processo é o mais critico, pois se algo errado ocorrer, seu drive DVD pode ser danificado. tenha certeza que fez o download do arquivo certo antes de prosseguir. Passo 4 - você tem que saber onde esta ligado o seu DVD-ROM, se ele esta ligado na IDE primaria ou secundaria e se ele á máster ou slave. se não souber identificar isso, é melhor você pedir a ajuda de algum técnico, pois se der informação errada ao programa de atualização ele não funciona. Passo 5 - Descompactando o firmware correto, sabendo onde esta ligado seu DVD-ROM, chegou a hora de efetuar a atualização. Reinicie o micro e pressione F8 durante o carregamento do Windows. No menu, escolha a opção: Command Prompt Only (Somente Prompt). Entre no diretório onde você descompactou os programas de atualização (ex:\firmware). Lá você encontrara um programa chamado upgrade.bat. Execute-o e informe a configuração do seu DVD-ROM, IDE principal/secundário, máster ou slave. CERTO DE TER ESCOLHIDO AS opções CORRETAS< PROSSIGA> A atualização demora uns 40 segundos e deve aparecer uma mensagem informando que a operação foi bem sucedida (Flash Write for MKEV3DVD 090402 sum:xxxx(800-BFD) sum:xxxx(COO-FFD) sum:xxxx(1010-1FFFF) Program Change Command succes Write Microcode Command). Se tudo correu bem, seu drive já esta destravado. Mas se ainda assim você enfrentar problemas com regiões, é porque, provavelmente esta usando uma placa mãe com chips da VIA (AMD). Para corrigir este problema, desabilite o DMA para o drive DVD-ROM, se ainda assim não funcionar, atualiza o driver IDE da VIA.

CÓDIGOS PARA DESBLOQUEAR DVD-PLAYER´S

A-TREND AD-L528 Modo 1 Multiregião: 1. Ligue o DVD player e verifique se há algum disco no compartimento. Se houver, retire; 2. pressione 'stop' no controle remoto; 3. pressione '1','9','9','9' e então 'enter'; 4. Um menu de regiões irá aparecer; 5. selecione 'all' para liberar o aparelho para multiregão. Modo 2 1. Ligue o DVD player e verifique se há algum disco no compartimento. Se houver, retire; 2. Tecle 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, 9 no controle e a palavra CODE deverá aparecer na tela ou OSD do DVD player; 3. Pressione o número da região que deseja habilitar. Ex: 1 para EUA; 4. Pressione pause; 5. Desligue o aparelho e ligue novamente. Lembre-se que DVD´s mais novos com Enhanced regional coding podem não funcionar com região 0. LE511 1. Ligue o DVD player;

2. Pressione: STOP, 1, 9, 9, 9; 3. Um menu secreto irá aparecer; 4. Modifique o campo “ZONE” para ALL. ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS DVD551 1. Ligue o DVD player e verifique se há algum disco no compartimento. Se houver, retire; 2. Pressione "Setup" no controle; 3. Pressione Next, Stop, Pause, Prev, Next; 4. Isto fará surgir o “Region ID”, vá com a seta para "bypass" para multiregião; 5. Pressione "Select/play" para confirmar. Você terá que selecionar região 1 se você quiser rodar discos com codificação RCE encoded discs. Infelizmente não é possível desabilitar o Macrovision através deste menu. AFREEY ADV-2360 Antes de iniciar, verifique se não há disco no compartimento. Se houver, retire para então começar. 1. Ligue o ADV-2360 e abra a gaveta; 2. Pressione SETUP no controle e vá para o menu; 3. No menu de configuração, pressione a seguinte sequência: ZOOM, PREV, NEXT. Abra o compartimento, retire o disco e feche em seguida; 4. Pressione imediatamente a tecla “STOP” e aguarde alguns segundos; 5. Entre com o código 8,7,2,0 e então >> no controle remoto; 6. AKAI DV-P1000 OBS: Tomar muito cuidado ao acessar a área de ajustes deste player. Voce terá acesso a diversos ajustes que poderão levar o aparelho a um black-out permanente. Anote todos os dados antes de realizar as alterações. 1. Desligue o aparelho através da tecla do painel. 2. Acione e segure as teclas 'Eject' e 'A-B', ao mesmo tempo, então acione a tecla 'on/off' para ligar o aparelho. 3. Quando o texto 'A:00 D:12'(ou similar) aparecer no display, solte as duas teclas (Eject e A-B) 4. Pressionando a tecla 'Play' para subir e a tecla 'Stop' para descer, mude o valor de 'A' até ler 'A:05' 5. Mude o valor de D para D:01 para região 1 exclusivamente ou D:02 para região 2 exclusivamente, ou em casos em que o disco tiver RCE. DV-P2000 Este código NÃO funciona nos mais recentes aparelhos. A tecla preta não foi instalada! 1. Desligue o aparelho. 2. Mantenha acionadas as teclas as teclas 'Fast Forward' e 'Stop' juntas com a tecla preta localizada à direita, no lado inferior do aparelho. Então, acione a tecla 'on/off' para ligar o aparelho. 3. Quando aparecer o logo da Akai, libere oas teclas 'Fast Forward' e 'Stop', mas mantenha a tecla preta acionada. 4. Uma lista de muneros aparecerão na tela. Pressione uma vez a tecla 'Enter' no controle remoto. Isto permitirá selecionar a segunda coluna de números. 5. Pressione o cursor 'direita' no controle remoto para selecionar o segundo número. Mude este valor para 00 para multi-região, 01 para Reg. 1, 02 para Reg. 2, para reg. 4, etc. 6. Pressione "PAUSE" no controle renoto; 3. Entre com o código "314159", e então deverá aparecer no display a palavra "COdE - -" 4. Entre com a região desejada (0 = todas, 1=EUA, 2=Europa, etc.); 5. Pressione "pause" novemente, e então desligue o aparelho; 6. Aguarde mais ou menos 10 segundos e então ligue novamente o aparelho; 7. Coloque o disco que deseja assistir e pronto! DVD-113 1. Coloque o aparelho em stand by; 2. Pressione “DISPLAY” sem nenhum disco dentro do compartimento; 3. selecione display e mude de “STANDARD” para “PAL”, não contendo outro em específico. AMOISONIC DVD-8506 1. Ligue o aparelho e abra a bandeja; 2. Sem disco inserido, pressione no controle remoto 0108X; 3. Ligue e faça o teste. Se este código não funcionar, comece tudo de novo e tente o código 0106X.

Obs.: Substituia o “X” pela região para qual deseja liberar. Colocando “0” irá liberar para todas. APEX AD600A Com a porta aberta, aperte o botão SETUP. Depois aperte STEP, REVERSE e FORWARD. Se der certo, no canto da tela da TV aparecerá "ALL", “AUTO” ou "REGION ALL" MODO 2 INSTRUÇÕES PARA LIBERAR PARA CODEFREE E MACROVISION FREE Use o controle remoto, com o aparelho ligado sem disco no compartimento: 1.Teclar "0"(ZERO) duas vezes e em seguida a tecla "CLEAR". 2.No canto superior esquerdo deverá aparecer a indicação "AUTO" 3.Instale um disco e 'play'. 4.O aparelho aceitará discos de todas as regiões, inclusive PAL(Europa) -Para discos gravados em NTSC, o aparelho poderá converter este sinal para PAL-M(Brasil), posicionando a chave instalada no painel trazeiro para a PAL-M. -Discos da região 2(Europa-PAL) poderão ser reproduzidos à cores, desde que esta chave seja posicionada para PAL-N(Argentina). O seu televisor deverá também estar ajustado para PAL-N. D-10 1. Sem o disco na gaveta 2. Digite no controle 31 41 59 00 3. Aperte a tecla EXIT 4. Liberando todasas regiões para todos os modelos Philips DVD players O bom é que este manual realmente funciona com todos os modelos e firmwaresconhecidos. Outra boa novidade é que este código suporta todas as regiões. Em outras palavras: Depois de entrar com o código, você pode rodar qualquer DVD de qualquer região. E mais: discos com RCE não vão apresentar problema nenhum!! A única má notícia é que você precisará de um controle universal. Esta é a única má notícia. ;)

Como o código funciona:

Primeiro você precisa implementar um código IR (infravermelho) especial no controle remoto: comando RC6, codeset 4, key 235 (decimal). O resto do código pode ser digitado normalmente. Esse código é: RC6 code 222 222 005 255 PLAY Você pode enviar o comando RC6 usando um tipo de controle remoto programável. Se você quiser fazer isso deixando para trás este passo e usar o seu próprio controle remoto universal, você pode tentar. Eu naõ tive como nem tempo para testar se “certos tipos” de controle remoto universal funcionam. Os únicos que eu sei que funcionam são estes: OneForAll (URC7560) OneForAll (URC4300) Palm (V) Philips Pronto Philips SBC RU880 OneForAll (URC7560) (Allan Verth, obrigado pela dica) O código RC6,4,235 pode ser enviado usando um controle universal OneForAll. Para fazê-lo basta: O controle precisa estar configurado para ser usado com DVD Player (Configuração código 0539). Pressione o botão “DVD”; Pressione o botão “Magic”; Pressione 085. Depois que 085 o modelo do aparelho ou algo parecido pode surgir no display do aparelho; E agora entre com o código (se você quiser, neste passo o controle que acompanha o aparelho pode ser usado): 222 222 005 255 seguido de “PLAY” OneForAll 6 (URC4300) (Agradecimentos a Kevin Morris pela colaboração) O código RC6,4,235 pode ser enviado utilizando um controe universal OneForAll universal. Selecione o site europeu ou inglês Click em "Product Support" no topo da página Click em "Universal Remote Controls" Click em "One for All 6 ".... Click em "Internet Download" Você precisa se registrar para ter acesso, leva 30 segundos, e a senha vai por e-mail. Click em "Next" Selecione "Laser Disk Players" --> "Phillips -1" (É onde comtém os códigos para DVD Phillips) Click em "Submit" Siga as instruções na tela para programar seu conrole remoto Click em "Next"

Essa parte te ensina a "testar" como o código vai funcionar No Phillips 710, por exemplo é a tecla "7" Bingo, agora o controle pode ser usade para programar o RC6 Palm (V) Você não tem um controle One4All mas tem um Plam?? Bom, nesse caso é seu dia de sorte. Usando o famoso software OmniRemote da Pacific Neo-Tek (www.pacificneotek.com) é possível utilizar este código. OmniRemote é um aplicativo que transforma o Palm em um controle remoto programável. Usando o arquivo pdb correto, que você pode conseguir me pedindo ([email protected]) , será possível usar o código RC6. Quando você usar o arquivo pdb, você verá umatela do Omniremote com um botão “secret”. Pressione o botão "secret" para colocar o DVD no modo necessário. Agora você pode entrar o código seguinte, usando até mesmo o controle que acompanha o seu aparelho, caso queira: 222 222 005 255 seguido de PLAY Philips Pronto Você não tem um One4All ou um Palm (V)? Então você pode usar o Philips Pronto. Conecte seu Pronto ao PC. Abra o programa Pronto edit (Versão 1.05. Se você não tem 1.05, baixe no site da Philips) Através do menu selecione 'Device' seguido de 'Add Device'. Um novo 'Device' vai aparecer na lista à esquerda. Há relatos que ocorreram, após o uso destes códigos, a perda de qualidade da saída do vídeo componente, indícios de leituras de CD-rw falha, leitura de CD's camada-dupla com falha e outras tantas relatadas no fórum Mural do (In) Sucesso.

Em caso de dúvidas, NÃO EXECUTE, porque nós também não poderemos respondê-las.

1. Ligue o DVD sem CD dentro; 2. Aperte "PAUSE" no controle; 3. Entre "1472" no controle (Os números 01 47 aparecem no display, podendo ter variação dependendo do DVD ou não aparecer); 4. Aperte a seta "up" 3 vezes (Aparecerá a seguinte sequencia: '04 Fd' no display, neste momento é recomendado que aguarde e anote esta sequência que surgirá em seu display); 5. Aperte "PROGRAM", "6", "PROGRAM", "5" (esta sequência deverá aparecer no seu display '04 FE' ); 6. Aperte "ENTER"; 7. Aperte "RETURN"; 8. Desligue o DVD e pronto!

Obs. para voltar a configuração original para o VCD, faça toda a sequência até a parte que se deve apertar 'Program'....e com a sequência em mãos, você terá que fazer a conversão da letra para o número: '04 fd'

F= 6, d=4 ... então você aperta "program","6","program","4".

Se a sua sequência for outra após o '04', ao invés de apertar o '6' e o '4', procure na listagem abaixo o numero relativo à letra a=1; b=2; c=3; d=4; e=5; f=6 e assim por diante!!!

When you see the System Infos, enter the following code on the remote control. Note that the player will not print the code on the screen, you have to enter it blindly. This will over-ride the regional code violation detection menu and you can watch the movie etc by entering the fwd on the remote control and change chapters etc by using the T (Title/Chapter) button on the remote control)

You'll need a One-for-All 6 remote with the code 0539. Power on the unit and then key in 085. The player’s display should then show a series of dashes. Press 222 222 005 255 and then 'play'

Turn on player and wait for "no disk". Use remote and push the following buttons, set up, mute, stop, zoom.

Press "EJECT, SETUP, MUTE, LAST, NEXT" buttons one after another and you will be given a Factory Control Page where you should select the Region ID option. Here you should find it set to REGION BYPASS. (Which you would normally leave it on).

Use the keys on the remote to: Use left/right arrow keys to change region code to 255. Press down arrow. 3001 should be displayed. Use left/right arrow to change to 3000. Press down arrow. 4001 should be displayed. Use left/right arrow to change to 4000.

Power on the unit and using the remote press 'Setup', 'Next', 'Previous', 'Next' and 'Previous'. A service menu should then appear with a 'Region ID' option indicated. Using the arrow keys set to '255'. Press the 'Setup' button on the remote.
