Working as BIM Head, Managing, supporting and helping in decisions for BIM - Technical area. An enterprising leader with proven agility in leading and directing personnel towards accomplishment of a common goal.

Riyadh Metro, Middle East
Leading the BIM effort for Riyadh Metro, involving approximately 68 km cut and cover packages for 3 lines (4, 5 and 6), 10
elevated stations, 1 shallow underground station and 3 park and rides, for Client Arriyadh Development Authority, I am
responsible for implementation of BIM execution plan and BIM authoring for Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM services
of the project. The cost of consultancy job is $30b approx. The process called for the BIM execution implementation plan
and a training program developed and delivered by me in last 24 months. The model for different structures of the Metro
were created from scratch, ensuring perfect collaboration for multi-discipline and used by the Client for Clash Coordination,
CAD Conversion and 3D Collision Detection. Help for area calculation from Adaptive components useful for lighting
calculations. Initiating pressure drop calculations for HVAC, piping, plumbing team and generating reports and
submissions. Project working is of 30% preliminary, 60% concept & design development and 90% design development,

The process maps provide a detailed plan for execution of each BIM Use. They also define the specific Information
Exchanges for each activity, building the foundation for the entire execution plan. The plan includes the Overview Map
(Level 1) of the BIM Uses, a Detailed Map of each BIM Use (Level 2), and a description of elements on each map, as
appropriate. The Overall Map shows the relationship of BIM Uses which will be employed on the project. This process map
also contains the high level information exchanges that occur throughout the project lifecycle.
Detailed BIM Use Process Maps are created for each identified BIM Use on the project to clearly define the sequence of
various processes to be performed. These maps also identify the responsible parties for each process, reference
information content, and the information exchanges which will be created and shared with other processes. Helping in
quality processes and Model Element Author for the project.

Responsible for handholding and implementing the complex structural BIM projects in Revit for model and sheets and
developing the BIM team. My involvement begins at the technology implementation stage, during which quality assurance
mechanisms are set up to ensure consistently flawless design drawings. I have developed the teams for successful

The layout of the apartments has been intelligently designed to allow for spacious living and dining. Fifty story twin towers
are designed and developed in Revit with multi-D collaboration. We utilise the CDE, Clarity Revit Software for multi – D
coordination with more than 35 staff for Architecture, Structure and MEP. Executed the project with Setting and guiding
team for all initial setups like – Revit Server, Software setup, best practises. Managing Interdisciplinary processes and
procedures for information exchange on Projects. Setting up the project standards and procedures specified in BIM

Hong Kong Airport 3rd Runway Reclamation Project
Excellent use of Dynamo on the Hong Kong Airport 3rd Runway done on reclamation project. We were tasked with
developing, at short notice, a model of the ground improvements which consisted of a large number of Deep Cement Mixed
(DCM) column clusters, stone columns, prefabricated vertical drains and the seawall structure on the 650 HA site. In total,
there were almost 2.5 million elements, all of which had a variable height, and relationship to the seabed, a modelling task
which would have proved to be impossible to achieve manually in the available time.
Our team developed Dynamo scripts which analysed batches of ground improvement elements, and automatically set the offset to the top of the surface, plus the depth of the element related to the variable sea bed bedrock layer. The overall federated model is too big to view in Navisworks, even with 32GB of RAM, and is probably one of the largest models we have built so far.
Exploring the futuristic possibilities in the project for VR, AR and MR with HTC Vive, Google goggles and HoloLens.
