Fashion  don’ts  November  29,  2012  

Entry  #13  This  is  a  picture  of  two  men  wearing  insanely  baggy  clothes.  There  is  no  need  to  be  wearing  multiple  sizes  bigger  than  your  actual  size.  Being  downtown  I  see  it  every  time  I  walk  down  the  street.  The  only  statement  they  are  making  is  that  they  are  dumb  and  can’t  pick  out  clothes.    

                                 

Another  fashion  do  not  is  wearing  leggings  as  pants.  They  are  not  pants  and  something  is  meant  to  be  worn  to  cover  oneself.  My  high  school  had  to  band  them  because  this  trend  was  getting  out  of  control.    

                                 

My  third  fashion  don’t  is  mixing  patterns.  I  know  that  this  is  in  trend  right  now  but  the  mixing  of  textures  scares  my  eyes.  There  is  no  focal  point,  no  balance,  when  wearing  this  people  look  like  a  mess  to  me.  The  rhythm  is  so  chaotic  that  I  think  it  is  a  fashion  don’t  and  refuse  to  participate.
