1+3D Jackpot System Bet 4 Promotion1+3D 积宝系统投注4促销活动

1． 此dmcGO 1+3D积宝促销活动 (“dmcGO 1+3D积宝促销活动 ”)仅公开给所有dmcGO户口持有用户 (“户口用户”)。

2． 此dmcGO 1+3D积宝促销活动由2018年3月26日开始至2018年 4月22日结束(起止二日均包括在內)，或共限量派送RM30,000.00 投注额，以较早发生者为准。

3． 凡依据以下每次投注，所有户口用户即可获得一张RM2.00固定 投注额： (a) 购买RM12.00 1+3D积宝系统投注4幸运号码；以及 (b) 通过dmcGO手机应用程序和/或dmcGO电话投注服务 (“dmcGO服务”)的投注。通过大马彩投注站的投注不在此促 销活动范围内。

4． 当该免费投注额已经汇入有关dmcGO户口后，该免费投注额将 会于隔天内显示在户口用户的dmcGO户口余额并通过手机应用 程序及/或任何大马彩私人有限公司 (“大马彩”) (“通知”) 认为合 理的方式接获通知。尽管如此，大马彩不承担一切无论如何引起 而导致未能及时通知/或延迟通知户口用户而引起的责任。

5． 有关免费投注额： （a） 不能兑现或兑换； （b）不能被转移至其他dmcGO户口或从户口用户的户口提取； （c） 只能透过dmcGO服务投注任何大马彩游戏； （d）在汇入户口用户的dmcGO户口30日后到期。

6． 大马彩保留权利：- （a）以同等价值的得益替换免费投注额； （b）暂停、撤销和/或停止此促销活动和/或免费投注额；及 （c）不时和随时更改或修改此条规与条例， 而无需事先通知或给予任何理由。

7． 一旦参与此促销活动，户口用户即被视为已接获通知并同意遵守 所设定的细则与条规以及其任何修改。

8． 大马彩对此促销活动的决定，包括其中相关的任何纠纷为最终决定。恕 不回应任何查询。

9． 大马彩私人有限公司无需在任何情况下，承担户口用户在参与此促销 活动时所直接或间接产生或遭受的任何损失和/或损害(包括但不限于 错失机会) 。参与促销活动户口用户同意保障大马彩、属下集团公司 、其董事 、公司人员， 免于蒙受始于此促销活动的任何索赔。

10．所有户口用户通过dmcGO服务的投注皆须全面及无条件地遵守 受制于使用dmcGO服务大马彩个别游戏、《1961年赛马 (赛马 赌金计算委员会)法》与其附属法例及《电话/手机投资规则》及 任何其它不时和随时由大马彩制定的细则与条规。

11． 如果此细则与条规的英文和中文版本出现任何不一致之处，一概 以英文版本为准。

1. The dmcGO 1+3D Jackpot Promotion (“dmcGO 1+3DJ Promotion”) is open to all dmcGO account holders (“Account Holders”) only.

2. This dmcGO 1+3DJ Promotion is valid from 26 March 2018 to 22 April 2018 (both dates inclusive) or until all the allocated betting value worth RM30,000.00 in aggregate, are given away, whichever is earlier.

3. All Account Holders are entitled to receive a fixed RM2.00 complimentary betting value (“Complimentary Value”), for every investment – (a) in 1+3D Jackpot System Bet 4 Lucky Pick of RM12; and (b) through dmcGO mobile applications (“dmcGO App”) and/or through the dmcGO call center (“dmcGO Services”). Investments made through DaMaCai outlets are not eligible for this Promotion.

4. The Complimentary Value will be reflected in the Eligible Account Holder’s dmcGO account balance within the next day following which the Account Holder will be notified via mobile application notification and/or such other manner of notification Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd (“PMP”) deems fit in its absolute discretion (“Notification”) once the Complimentary Value is credited into his/her dmcGO account. Notwithstanding so, PMP disclaims all liability, howsoever arising, from any failure and/or delay of the Notification reaching the Account Holder, howsoever caused.

5. The Complimentary Value – (a) cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged in any manner whatsoever; (b) cannot be transferred to another dmcGO account or withdrawn from the Account Holder’s dmcGO account; (c) shall only be used for investments via dmcGO Services for any of the DaMaCai games; (d) shall expire after 30 days from the date the Complimentary Value is credited into the Account Holder’s dmcGO account.

6. PMP reserves the right to – (a) substitute the Complimentary Value with other benefits of similar value; (b) suspend, withdraw and/or cease this Promotion and/or the Complimentary Value; and (c) amend or modify the terms and conditions herein, at any time and from time to time, in its absolute discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason. 7. By participating in this Promotion, the Account Holder is deemed to, have notice of, agreed to and be bound by these terms and conditions including any amendments thereof.

8. PMP’s decisions pertaining to this Promotion, including any disputes in relation thereto shall be final and conclusive. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained by PMP.

9. PMP shall not be liable for any expense, loss and/or damage (including but not limited to the loss of opportunity) howsoever suffered and/or incurred by the Account Holder arising from this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, the Account Holder agrees to waive all claims against PMP and/or its subsidiaries, directors, officers and/or employees howsoever arising from this Promotion.

10. All investments made by the Account Holder through the dmcGO services are subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of dmcGO Services and the respective DaMaCai games, the Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961 including all subsidiary legislations enacted thereunder, the “Rules for Investment by Telephone/Mobile” and all other terms and conditions, rules and/or regulations as prescribed by PMP from time to time and at any time.

11. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

4． 您可在您生日月份的每个开彩期进行多次的投注，但您只可获得 根据此条规规定的每个开彩期一次性的免费投注额。

5． 此促销活动只限用于dmcGO投注管道，即手机应用程序或dmcGO 电话投注中心。大马彩投注站的投注不在此促销活动范围内。

6． 有关免费投注额： (a) 不能兑现或兑换； (b) 不能被转移至其他dmcGO账户或从有效户口持有人的账户 提取； (c) 只能透过dmcGO投注管道投注任何大马彩游戏。

9． 大马彩私人有限公司对此促销活动的决定为最终决定，任何查询恕不 受理。

10．大马彩私人有限公司无需在任何情况下，承担dmcGO账户持有 人在参与此促销活动时所直接或间接产生或遭受的任何损失和/或 损害。参与促销活动者同意保障大马彩私人有限公司、属下集团公 司、其董事 、公司人员， 免于蒙受始于此竞赛的任何索赔。

11．所有在大马彩进行的投注皆须全面及无条件地遵守在《1961年 赛马 (赛马赌金计算委 员会)法》与其附属法例下经营的大马彩游戏。

12．以上条规与条例之中，若有任何歧义或不一致, 一概以英文版本 为准。

细则与条规

1. The dmcGO Birthday Month (“Promotion”) is open to all subsisting dmcGO account holders’ whose birthday month falls within the Promotion Period (hereinafter defined). This Promotion is valid from 01 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).

2. Save and except for dmcGO customers whose dmcGO account has been suspended, each dmcGO account holder is eligible to participate in the Promotion strictly within his/her birth month (“Birth Month”) during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Account Holder”).

3. A fixed RM2.00 complimentary betting value (“Complimentary Value”) per draw will be credited into the Eligible Account Holder’s dmcGO account following an investment for a single share on House Shared System Bet 10 (HSSB 10) on DaMaCai 1+3D Jackpot game with an exact investment value of RM10 (“Minimum Investment”) made during the Eligible Account Holder’s Birth Month.

4. You are entitled to make as many Minimum Investment as you wish throughout your Birth Month but the Complimentary Value is limited to once per draw basis pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.

5. To be eligible for the Promotion, your Minimum Investment must be made through Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd (“PMP”)’s dmcGO services, either through the dmcGO mobile app or dmcGO call centre. Investments made at DaMaCai outlets via the sales counters are not eligible for this Promotion.

6. The Complimentary Value – (a) cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged in any manner whatsoever; (b) cannot be transferred to another dmcGO account or withdrawn from the Eligible Account Holder’s dmcGO account; and (c) shall only be used for investments via dmcGO services for any of the DaMaCai games.

7. Notwithstanding the terms and conditions herein, PMP reserves the right to – (a) substitute the Complimentary Value with other benefits of similar value; (b) terminate, suspend, withdraw and/or cease this Promotion at any time (before the expiry of the Promotion Period); and (c) amend or modify the terms and conditions herein, at any time and from time to time, in its absolute discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.

8. By participating in this Promotion, the dmcGO account holders are deemed to have notice of and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions including any amendments thereof and the terms and conditions governing the use of dmcGO services and investments in DaMaCai games.

9. PMP’s decisions pertaining to this Promotion including any disputes in relation thereto, shall be final and conclusive. No correspondences or appeals will be entertained by PMP.

10. PMP shall not be liable for any expense, loss and/or damage howsoever suffered and/or incurred by the dmcGO account holders arising from this Promotion. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to waive all claims against PMP and its subsidiaries, directors, officers and employees howsoever arising from this Promotion.

11. All investments in DaMaCai games are subject to the terms and conditions governing the respective DaMaCai games, the Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961 and all subsidiary legislations enacted thereunder and all other terms and conditions, rules and/or regulations as prescribed by PMP from time to time and at any time.

12. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
