SECRETARY IN CONGRESSThe Organizing Secretariat at the congress will open half an hour before the start of the scientific program and close half an hour after the end of the scientific program, throughout the congress period.
TECHNICAL EXHIBITION:Technical exhibition will be in parallel with the scientific program.
BADGEEvery regularly registered participant will receive a badge at the time of registration, which will allow him access to congress rooms. The staff will control the possession.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATIONParticipation certificate will be issued on the last day of the congress personally to all regi-stered participants who will request it to the Secretariat on site.
SLIDES CENTERYou will not be able to connect your personal laptops directly to the projector.
For a smooth running of the sessions, the Speakers are kindly invited to present themselves
at the Slide Center and deliver the presentations at least 1 hour before the beginning of their
session or the previous afternoon for the morning sessions.
Presentations must be prepared in Power Point (.ppt) format using Microsoft Power Point
Office Package and will have to be saved on a USB stick (pendrive).
