1 PURPOSE

The percentage sum of Nb + Ti + V must be maximally equal to 0,22%.

5.2 Technological characteristics

Unless otherwise specified on order, the general technological characteristics to be controlledare pointed out below:

 –  weldability; –  cold forming;

 –  sheet metal working;

 –  roll profiling.

5.3 Visual test

The rolled sections must be free of defects which jeopardise the normal use. Their surface mustbe technically clean, free of rust and extraneous material. Defects are not allowed which canprovoke breakings during use, or damages to equipments, or problems regarding welding orpaint and protective coating anchoring.

Bent edges or detachable or eradicable metal particles are not allowed.
