Our vision at Otto Wilde Grillers is to revolutionize the global grill market. Therefore, we are developing and producing specialty grills enabling grill lovers to set new grilling benchmarks. Our grills are made in Germany, combining German engineering and product design to create a unique grilling experience. We are a young, quickly growing startup looking for ambitious colleagues who want to be part of our success story and drive the grill revolution forward with us.

Your tasks:

• Project-based development of new strategic business fields • Development of new sales strategies and marketing opportunities • Expansion of marketing channel strategy • Roll-out of our international operations, especially in the US market • Creation of global sales network on B2B and B2C level • Communication with and coordination of our existing and new

strategic partners

Your profile:

• You are currently pursuing or just finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Economics and are looking for a gap year job or first experience in entrepreneurship

• You work in a structured and precise manner, love details and take ownership of the tasks assigned to you

• You have a broad knowledge and enjoy a great variation of tasks • You set high standards for your own work • You do not only want to execute, but rather contribute your own

creative ideas • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English (both

spoken and written) • You are highly motivated to develop new concepts, strategies and

processes • You know how to handle MS Office and have worked with Excel and

PowerPoint • You are a true team player
