Abstract

This study is aimed to apply the standard of community nursing cares in caring for patients with paranoid schizophrenia. The study included the carry for two patients. One patient refered from Pitchit Hospital whereas, the other refered from Nakornsawan Psychiatric Hospital. Both of them was relapsing because of drug administration uncontinued and inadequated cares from family. The purposes for nursing cares at home was

patients safety from paranoid, efficiency of drug administration and lived in family and social with well-being. The nursing processes used by standard psychiatric nursing : wholly supported family participatory cares givings for patients in long tims. The results reflected that nurse care perform there roles can help patients recovering. Caregivers participation is also included that in their self-care demands. This study revealed the possibility in the standard community nursing cares and psychiatric nursing principles as an appropriate intervention to the schizophremia patients.
