•During Epi Week 12, (481/497) 97% of the health facilities across 6 Governorates provided surveillance data for all EWARN Syndromes this week and 84% of reporting sites submitted the weekly reports on time. •The consultations reported this week were 195,397 (including 52% children under the age of five) compared to 198,489 consultations in the previous week. •5 AFP (Acute Flaccid Paralysis) cases were reported during Epi week 12. •EWARN labs reported: 7 positive cases for Measles IgM (Harim 4- Jebel Saman 1- Ar Raqqa 1 – Ras Al Ain 1), and 2 positive cases for HAV IgM (Idleb). •The highest syndromes reported were respectively: ILI (22,362(, OAD (12,064) , and STF (527). •Al-Hasakeh governorate recorded the highest proportional morbidity for SARI (1,4%), and OAD (19,8%). •Ar Raqqa governorate recorded the highest proportional morbidity for Leish (2,3%). •Hama governorate recorded the highest proportional morbidity for ILI (35,2%).

•خلال الأسبوع الوبائي 12 أرسل 97 % من المراكز المبلّغة (481 من 497) تقاريرهم الأسبوعية من المحافظات الستة، وقد وصل 84% منها في الوقت المحدد. •بلغ إجمالي الاستشارات المبلغة في هذا الاسبوع الوبائي 195.397 (منها 52 % أطفال بعمر أقل من 5 سنوات) مقارنة بـ 198.489 استشارة في الاسبوع السابق. •تم الابلاغ عن 5 حالات شلل رخو حاد خلال الأسبوع 12. •سجلت مختبرات برنامج الانذار المبكر: 7 حالات إيجابية IgM الحصبة (حارم 4- جبل سمعان 1- الرقة 1 - راس العين 1)، حالتين إيجابيتي IgM HAV الخاص بالتهاب الكبد A (ادلب). •أعلى الامراض المسجلة كانت على الترتيب: اشتباه الانفلونزا (22.362)، الاسهال الحاد لأسباب أخرى (12.064)، اشتباه الحمى التيفية (527). •سجلت محافظة الحسكة المعدل الأعلى للمراضة النسبية لكل ٍمن: حالات الاسهال الحاد لأسباب أخرى (19.8%)، والمرض التنفسي الحاد الشديد (1.4%). •سجلت محافظة الرقة المعدل الأعلى للمراضة النسبية لليشمانيا الجلدية (2.3%). •سجلت محافظة حماة المعدل الأعلى للمراضة النسبية لاشتباه الانفلونزا (35.2%)،
•In Epi-week 12 /2019, the total number of new suspected cases of measles was 15 new cases from Idleb (Harim 3 – Idleb 2) , Aleppo ( Jebel Saman 1- A’zaz 3), and Ar Raqqa ( Tell Abiad 4 – Ar Raqqa 2). •11 suspected measles cases have been investigated during Epi Week 12 (A’zaz 1 – Jarablus 1– Harim 1 – Idleb 1- Jisr-Ash-Shugur 2- Ar Raqqa 1 – Tell Abiad 4 ). •EWARN labs reported 7 positive cases for Measles IgM (Harim 4- Jebel Saman 1- Ar Raqqa 1 – Ras Al Ain 1) out of 13 specimens. •The coordination with SIG is ongoing to vaccinate children in the EPI centers in camps and districts of Idleb, Aleppo, and Hama rural. •The number of the reported suspected Pertussis cases was 56, the highest number reported from Qamishli district (13 cases). No complications were reported due to pertussis. •The number of the reported suspected Mumps cases was 98, the highest number reported from Al Bab district (26 cases). •Nor Neonatal tetanus cases were notified, nor diphtheria cases.

•في الأسبوع الوبائي 12/2019, وصل عدد حالات الحصبة المشتبهة إلى 15 حالة جديدة من محافظات: ادلب (حارم 3 – ادلب 2) ، حلب (اعزاز 3 – جبل سمعان 1)، والرقة ( تل أبيض 4- الرقة 2). •تم تقص 11 حالة اشتباه حصبة خلال هذا الأسبوع (اعزاز 1- جرابلس 1- حارم 1 – ادلب 1 – جسر الشغور 2 – الرقة 1 – تل أبيض 4). •تم إجراء تقصٍ مخبري لتحري IgM الخاص بالحصبة في مصل 13 حالات حصبة مشتبهة وكانت 7 منها إيجابية (حارم 4- جبل سمعان 1- الرقة 1 - راس العين 1). •يتم الاستمرار بالعمل والتنسيق مع فريق لقاح سوريا بشكل مستمر من أجل تلقيح الأطفال في المخيمات والمناطق في ادلب وريفها وريف حلب وريف حماه وذلك في مراكز التلقيح الروتيني. •بلغ عدد حالات السعال الديكي المسجلة هذا الأسبوع 56 حالة، سجل العدد الأعلى للحالات في منطقة القامشلي (13 حالة). لم تسجل أي اختلاطات بسبب السعال الديكي. •بلغ عدد حالات النكاف المشتبهة المبلغة هذا الأسبوع 98 حالة، سجل العدد الأعلى للحالات في منطقة الباب (26 حالة). •لا يوجد أي إبلاغ عن حالات كزاز الوليد أو الدفتريا خلال هذا الأسبوع.
