We've been tried to develop just children rationality. It has rarely been accepted the importance of teaching emotion, and then we have little researched not only what is emotion but also how to teach emotion. The purpose of this paper is to make a program for teaching emotion which is composed of social and emotional skills. This program is based on the functionalist view of emotion which is related to Aristoteles's view. Aristoteles imposed on the regulation of emotion in virtuous lives. It need many kinds of social and emotional skills. especially self awareness and cognition, self regulation of emotion, empathy, to be proper to time, place and people being target. We have not only argued about what is emotion, but also suggested how to teach emotion by ready made teaching plan in this paper.
