Charity Gala 慈善晚宴A formal social event with the aim to raise funds for charities and non-profit organizations in China who seek financial support.上海美国商会慈善晚宴是以帮助中国慈善、非营利性组织筹集资金为目的的正式的社交活动。

Gala Fund Criteria 慈善晚宴资助准则• Projects that focus on health and education for disadvantaged groups, impacting people

in Shanghai, YRD region, and/or underdeveloped areas of China

关注弱势群体的健康和教育问题，提案惠及上海、长三角地区、或经济落后地区• Legally registered NGO in mainland China 在中国大陆正式注册的 NGO 组织• Use allotted funds for capacity-building within 12 months of disbursement

将资助款项在一年内用于组织能力建设• Clearly display credibility and structured programs that are sustainable

在提案中向我们充分展示项目的可信性及清晰长远的项目架构

Suggestions for Application Submissions提案申请的有关建议

• Write succinctly and focus on substance 请围绕主旨简洁陈述• Read and follow instructions (i.e. application format; word limits; fill in all fields; etc.)

仔细阅读申请说明（如格式、字数限制、填写所有栏目等）• Include detailed financial statements of the project and organization

请详细说明组织及项目的财务报表• Applications must be written in English 申请必须用英文填写• POC listed on application - be responsive to follow-up inquiries or questions

在申请表上列明的具体联系人需对商会提出的后续要求或问题予以及时回应

Submission Checklist 需提交内容包括 :

1. Application Form 申请表2. Organization’s Registration 组织注册登记证明3. Financial Statement 财务报表4. Roster of Officers and Board Members 组织内部管理人员及董事成员名单5. List of Major Donors 主要捐资方的名单6. Published Annual Report (optional) 公布的年度报告（可选项）
