SCHEDULE OF SEMESTRAL ASSESSMENT 2

Attached with this letter is the schedule of Primary 3 Semestral Assessment 2 (SA2). Please take note of the information below with regard to the assessment.

If your child is absent on the day of the scheduled assessment, his/her absence has to be supported with a medical certificate (MC). If your child is unable to sit for the make-up exam, his/her final grade will be pro-rated. Without the MC, no marks will be awarded.

In view of the impending SA2 for Primary 3 to Primary 5 leaders, remedial, supplementary & enrichment lessons and CCA sessions will be suspended from 29 September to 28 October. CCA sessions will resume from Wednesday, 29 October unless otherwise informed by your child’s teachers.

Kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter by returning the acknowledgement slip below to your child’s/ward’s Form Teacher by 23 September 2014. For clarification, please contact your child’s/ward’s Form Teacher at 6449 0121.
