Xinyu Ru

I would describe myself as a young Australian with a Chinese upbringing who is interested in trying to solve puzzles which don’t necessarily have a ‘right’ answer. I have a particular interest in business and how the two different cultures that I have been brought up with can intersect for the benefit of both communities. I have a passion for entrepreneurship and being able to put ideas into practice, especially within my current environment of working within the Westpac Group. I want to turn these passions into ideas which help progress both societies and overcome issues which face them.
