It will take time to mature into a truly great list but the frame is certainly there.

However, if you feel like a splurge there is also an excellent list of Champagnes and the odd Amarone or cabernet that gets the pulse racing.

The layout takes some getting used to with whites listed under style (Flowers, Fruits, etc) and reds under grape and regional style (Bordeaux Varietals, etc). Start with a signature cocktail and finish with an aged whisky, grappa or brandy. Spirits are a specialty.
