一、課程簡介：

足部在人體行走與跑步時，需承載人體數倍的身體重量，因此它在功能上佔

有重要的地位，臨床也常見到因足部問題而引發身體一連串的功能障礙；過去幾

年物理治療學、公會邀請國際知名的 Dr. Vasyli 對足部與下肢的生物力學做精譬

的分析講解並也實地體會足部輔具對身體生物力學與步態的改善，相信對臨床治

療人員在下肢與足部的功能性問題之診斷與治療都非常有幫助。

今年社團法人中華民國軟組織鬆動協會與星台有限公司將特別邀請本國蔡永

裕主任 Tsai Yung Yuh 與三位國際講師 Dr Brian Hoke, Trevor Prior , Jenny

McConnell 與大家分享多年的下肢生物力學與臨床運用知識，並也會針對高弓足

患者治療.膝蓋以下部位傷害治療.運動傷害治療加以剖悉並示範，膝蓋以下的問

題，也提供臨床醫療人員一個解決患者臨床問題的方式，第二天更將會示範與練

習如何利用鞋墊、徒手及貼紮等方式矯治足部問題，課程精采可期。(現場備有即

1) Jenny McConnell AM, DPT, FACP

Jenny McConnell is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist working in private practice

in Sydney. Jenny has been involved in research into patellofemoral, lower limb, shoulder and

lumbar spine problems. She has published widely in these areas, has been an invited speaker

at over 100 conferences both nationally and internationally and conducted numerous

workshops on the management of chronic musculoskeletal problems - patellofemoral,

shoulder and spine. Jenny is on the editorial boards of Clinical Journal of Sports Medicine,

British Journal of Sports Medicine, The Knee, Manual Therapy and Physical Medicine and

Rehabilitation. In 2006 Jenny was awarded the prestigious F.E. Johnson Memorial Fellowship

by the NSW Sporting Injuries Committee for outstanding achievement by an established

researcher in the field of science and medicine in sport. In 2009 Jenny was awarded a

member of the Order of Australia honour for service to physiotherapy as a practitioner and

researcher, particularly through the development of innovative musculoskeletal pain

management techniques and treatment.

Jenny McConnell 為專業肌骼物理治療師，目前在澳洲雪梨執業，參與髕骨股骨、下

肢、肩膀及腰椎問題研究，在相關領域論著眾多，曾受邀至逾百場國內外研討會演

講，針對髕骨股骨、肩膀及脊椎等長期肌骼問題管理舉辦工作坊。她是 Clinical

Journal of Sports Medicine、British Journal of Sports Medicine、The Knee、Manual

Therapy、Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 等期刊編輯委員。她在 2006 年因為運動科

學與醫學領域研究傑出，獲新南威爾斯省運動傷害委員會頒發 F.E. Johnson 紀念獎助

金；在 2009 年因物理治療實作與研究榮獲澳大利亞勳章，研發創新肌骼疼痛管理技

術與治療。

2) Trevor Dowding Prior

Trevor Prior qualified in 1983 and, since that time has worked in both the private and public

sectors. He obtained a teaching qualification in 1985 before obtaining a post graduate degree

in Podiatry in 1989. He obtained his fellowship in Podiatric Surgery in 1993 and in 1994 he

established the Podiatric Surgery service in City & Hackney, where he is currently a

Consultant Podiatric Surgeon at Homerton University Hospital.

He works in private practice and is Director of Premier Podiatry Limited and is a Senior

Clinical Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London.

His particular areas of interest are foot surgery (including minimal incision techniques), sports

injuries, biomechanics / gait analysis, orthoses and diabetic foot complications, lecturing both

nationally and internationally. He has worked extensively with elite and professional sports

men and women in a wide range of disciplines, including football, rugby, cricket, athletics,

hockey, badminton. He is a director of P2L, a company specialising in bespoke performance

footwear and Run3D, a company providing advanced 3D gait analysis. He was an elected

member of the council of the Society of Chiropodists & Podiatrists and past Dean of the

Faculty of Podiatric Surgery.

He is the UK representative on the Vasyli Think Tank and the Vionic Innovation lab,

involved in the development of Orthoses and is a reviewer for Gait & Posture, Clinical

Biomechanics, JAPMA, The Foot, The Journal of Foot and Ankle Research and Physical

Therapy in Sport.

For introduction to presentations:

Trevor is a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon working in the NHS and private practice. His

particular areas of interest are foot surgery, sports injuries, biomechanics and diabetic foot

complications, lecturing both nationally and internationally. He is the UK representative on

the Vasyli Think Tank and is the past Dean of the Faculty of Podiatric Surgery.

He works in private practice and is Director of Premier Podiatry Limited and is a Senior Clinical

Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London.

Trevor Prior 於 1983 年取得執照後，曾於公私部門服務；在 1985 年得到教師資格後，

驗豐富，如足球、橄欖球、板球、田徑、曲棍球、羽球等。他經營的 P2L 公司專門訂

製專業運動鞋履，另一家 Run3D 公司提供先進 3D 步態分析。他是足病診療師與足部

醫師學會執委，亦曾任足部外部學院院長。

他是 Vasyli 智庫與 Vionic 創新實驗室英國代表，參與輔具開發，並為 Gait & Posture、

Clinical Biomechanics、JAPMA、The Foot、The Journal of Foot and Ankle Research、

Physical Therapy in Sport 等期刊評審委員。

3) Tsai Yung Yuh

Tsai Yung Yuh is a well-known orthopedic manual therapist in Taiwan and China and in

charge of the PMR department in Taiwan. He runs a special foot clinic in the hospital by

using the Vasyli products.

Currently, Yung was responsible for the development and presentation of the Continuing

Education seminars accredited by Vasyli (星台) in Taiwan.

蔡永裕主任

Tsai Yung Yuh 為台灣威思理足踝醫學顧問，美国 Northwestern

University 肌肉骨骼系统物理治療碩士，為一資深臨床治療師，專長為

神経張力手法、運動傷害、足踝生物力學。現担任台灣澄清醫院復健治

療部主任，持續在臨床上幫助許多病人。並仼教於兩岸多所大学。

4)Brian Hoke, DPT, SCS

Brian R. Hoke, DPT, SCS

Dr. Brian Hoke received his degree in Physical Therapy with Highest Distinction from Indiana

University in 1981 and earned his post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from

Boston University in 2006. His clinical experience has been specialized to orthopaedic and sports

physical therapy, with a particular focus upon the biomechanical basis for lower extremity

rehabilitation. Brian has been board certified as a Sports Clinical Specialist by the American Board

of Physical Therapy Specialties since 1997. He has been a leader in teaching clinical biomechanics

in continuing education seminars across the United States since 1985 through Practical Programs

for Applied Biomechanics and Motivations, Inc. Dr. Hoke has also traveled internationally to

participate in seminar presentations in England, Canada, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Hong

Kong and Taiwan. Brian is a contributing author to two current contemporary textbooks on sports

injuries: Sports Injuries: Prevention and Rehabilitation, and Textbook of Running Medicine. Dr.

Hoke is an Adjunct Faculty Member of Old Dominion University, Virginia Commonwealth

University and Touro College School of Health Sciences. Brian collaborated with Phillip Vasyli to

correct the compensations of the cavus foot type through a unique orthotic design that bears his

name. He is dedicated to the promotion of foot health and wellness through his involvement with

the prestigious Vasyli Medical Think Tank and the Vionic Shoes Innovation Lab. He practices in

Virginia Beach, Virginia where his caseload consists of sports injury, post-surgical rehabilitation,

soft tissue injury, and extensive use of biomechanical and accommodative foot orthoses.

Brian Hoke 醫師於 1981 年獲得印第安納大學物理治療學位，並於 2006 年獲得物理治療

博士學位，臨床經驗主要為整形外科與運動物理治療，著重於生物力學下肢復健，自

1997 年獲美國專業物理治療委員會認證為臨床運動專家，從 1985 年起參與 Applied

Biomechanics and Motivations, Inc.的實用計畫，在美國各地終身學習講座講授臨床生物

力學。他曾赴英國、加拿大、德國、澳洲、紐西蘭、香港及台灣等地參與研討會，並

參與著作兩本運動傷害當代教科書：《運動傷害預防與復健》與《跑步醫學教科

書》。他目前是老道明大學、維吉尼亞聯邦大學及杜魯學院副教員，曾與 Phillip Vasyli

合作，透過獨特的矯正鞋墊設計，改善高弓足補整情況。他致力推廣足部健康，參與

Vasyli 醫學智庫及 Vionic 鞋履創新研究室，他目前在維吉尼亞州執業，個案包括運動

傷害、術後復健、軟組織傷害，並大量運用生物力學及適應式足部輔具。

W Taipei is approximately 50km away from the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE). Travel to us from the airport takes 45 minutes with approximately TWD1,400 by taxi, and 1.5 hour with TWD145 by Shuttle Bus. Please proceed to the shuttle bus floor in your terminal, take CitiAir Bus route No.1960 and get off at the last stop, Taipei City Hall Bus Station, and W Taipei is within 5 minutes walk.

Getting around the city is easy with Taipei MRT- Metro system, both Mandarin and English signs are indicated. W Taipei is located right above the City Hall MRT Station on the blue line. Taipei MRT operates from 6:08~00:08, cost range from TWD20~TWD65 depends on the destination.
