1. Working experience as Data Processing Officer in Barclay Bank (Burj-

Khalifa Branch) from feb, 2014 to July, 2014.

(Here my responsibilities contained dealing with 103 different types of documents and segregate them for every respective account holder afterward scanning and making a soft copy of all the record of bank and hand over to the Record Management Section of Barclay Bank).

2. Working experience as a “Customer Service Representative” from June,

2014 to till date continue with Emirates Posts Group Abu Dhabi UAE.

(Here my responsibilities contained dealing customers regarding there important stuffs giving them all kind of customer service with a smile and informing them about their valued stuffs. Delivery to the customers their receiving from all over the world and staying aware of all the process of incoming items and their delivery time. Entering the data of customers in Emirates Posts soft ware, working in Oracle, Microsoft Office and DTX System.)
