【環境の日】

6月 5日（金）の環境の日は

種を植え、芽が出る過程を楽しみ

ました。緑いっぱいの地球になり

ますように。

【通常保育再開！】

タイ政府の発表により、当初の予

定より約 2週間早い 6月 15日（月）

から園を再開できることになりま

した。ソーシャルディスタンスを

保つ、定期的に外に出るなど、ま

だまだ様々な規制がありますが、

無事に園を再開でき、こどもたち

も元気に登園しています！

オンラインレッスンをご希望の方

は引き続き、オンラインにて保育

を行っています。

【時の記念日】

6 月 10日（水）は時の記念日でし

た。時にちなんだ製作を行いまし

た。

【父の日】

6 月 21日（日）は父の日。

おとうさん、いつもありがとう！

Pre-K Starlight (Miss Caitlin)

Welcome to school Starlight! The students in Starlight class

have been having so much fun together in the classroom.

Everyone has settled in extremely well and amazing

friendships have been formed. This month we have learned

all about the weather! We have learned all the colours of the

rainbow through song and how to recognise weather like

“sun, rain, storm and wind”. We also made rainsticks and a

Mr.Sun puppet which we use to sing and dance. Well done

everyone,I’m looking forward to all the fun we will have

together this term.

K1 Sunshine & Twinkle (Miss Phoebe)

Sunshine and Twinkle class have settled in well back at

school and we have enjoyed setting off on an adventure

together with our new topic ‘All Around The World’, so far we

have visited Africa where we made African necklaces,

threaded African snakes and learned about African

animals, then we stayed in Africa and went to Egypt where

we have been learning about the Ancient Egyptians, we

have played vocabulary and shadow matching games, made

our own Egyptian paper and made our own 3D pyramids!

We’ve had a great time learning, playing and

creating together .

K2 Planets & Comets (Miss Sophia)

We have had a wonderful first few weeks back at school!

The children are so happy to be able to play with their friends

again, and we have been trying our best to remain at a safe

distance while doing so. Our topic is ‘Dinosaurs’ and we

have had fun listening to dinosaur stories (CL) and making

dinosaur themed crafts (EAD). We even made our own

volcano using baking soda and vinegar and watched it erupt.

(UTW). In next month, we will be busy practicing our dancing

for International Day. In Phonics we will begin to review

Phase 2 Set 2 sounds through a variety of games and

activities.

K3 Rockets (Miss Caitlin)

Welcome to school Rockets. The students in Rockets

class have all been fantastic since returning to school.

It’s so good to see everyone building friendships and

actively learning in the classroom while having fun.

This month we have been learning all about plants!

Each student can label the different parts of the plant

and explain what they do. While also understanding

what plants need to grow. It’s wonderful being back at

school and I am looking forward to the rest of the

term. Each student has been super so far!

K2 Planets & Comets (Miss Kumiko)

幼稚園が再開し、久しぶりの登園になりましたが、

元気いっぱいの子どもたちです。先生や友達に対し

て親しみを持って関わる姿が見られます。

絵画製作では、日本の『梅雨』やタイの『雨季』にちな

んだ生き物や植物を知り、興味を持ち、理解を深め

ることができました。クラスでは、プリントを使ってひら

がなの練習を始めました。鉛筆の持ち方や姿勢を確

認しながら、簡単な文字から書き進め、丁寧に取り組

むことができています。暫くの間、行事は縮小されま

すが、インターナショナルデーに向けて、踊りの練習

をしたり、盛り上げていきたいと思います。

K1 Sunshine & Twinkle (Miss Mizuho)

登園が始まり、早 3週間が経とうとしていま

す。子どもたちもクラスで過ごすことに慣

れ、友達と一緒に好きな遊びを楽しむ姿が見

られています。おもちゃの貸し借りでぶつか

ってしまうことはありますが、「後で貸して

ね」「うん、いいよ」などどやり取りをして

納得すると再び仲良く遊び始めています。

6 月は、父の日製作を行ったり、季節の製作

としててるてる坊主作り、絵画としては紫陽

花を描きました。また来月も季節の物を取り

入れながらみんなで取り組んでいきたいと

思います。

Pre-K Starlight (Miss Tomoko)

待ちに待った保育の再開。初めて登園となった新入

園児さんにも、3 か月ぶりの進級児さんにも、直接会

って言葉やスキンシップをかわせることがとても嬉しく

かったです！オンライン保育を通してお友達のお名

前やお歌、手遊びの歌詞もよく覚えていて、皆で集ま

って行う活動を楽しみながら、とても落ち着いて過ご

してくることができています。6 月は日本もタイも雨の

季節。雨にまつわるお歌や絵本、お製作などを通し

て天候や様々な生き物にも関心を深めてこれたと思

います。来月も個々の生活リズムと成長の姿を大切

に見守っていきたいと思います。

K3 Rockets (Miss Keiko)

やっと幼稚園が再開し、子ども達みんなが元気に登園して

来てくれたことを、嬉しく思っています。Zoom で会っていた

せいか、初日からすんなりと落ち着いて過ごす事が出来て

いたと思いました。そして、やっと全員揃って歌を歌うことも

出来、本当に嬉しかったです！オンライン中にお家でたくさ

ん歌って頂けたようで、みんなすっかり歌も覚えて、元気い

っぱいに歌ってくれましたよ。本当にたくさんのサポートあり

がとうございました。活動では、父の日のプレゼント製作を

行いました。紙を編んで作ったフォトフレーム、難しかったで

すが、どの子も楽しんで取り組んでいました。

【Reopening School】

The Thai government announced earlier this

month that the school would be able to reopen

as of Monday, June 15th, about two weeks

earlier than the original plan. There are still a

lot of regulations in place, such as social

distancing and going outdoors regularly, but

the school has successfully reopened safely

and the children are coming to school with

smiles on their faces again. We, of course,

continue to offer online lessons for those who

wish to take their lessons online.

【Anniversary of Time】

Wednesday, June 10th was the Anniversary of

Time. We enjoyed craft- making clocks.

【Father’s day】

It was a Father’s Day on Sun, 21st June.

Thank you, Daddy!

【World Environment day】

We planted seeds and enjoyed the sprouting

process. May the earth be full of greenery.

K2 Planets & Comets (Miss Kumiko)

After a long time of school closure, finally school has

opened again. The children are so energetic and happy to

have a school life with teachers and their friends. During

Art time, we learned about the Japanese and Thai rainy

seasons. They are interested in creatures and plants. We

also started to learn Hiragana and they learnt about how to

hold a pencil correctly and sit with an upright posture.

Currently we are not allowed to have big events, but we can

continue to enjoy small events. Now we have started to

practice for our International Day.

K1 Sunshine & Twinkle (Miss Mizuho)

It has already been 3 weeks since school started. The children are happy about spending time in class and are enjoying their favourite activities with their friends. Sometimes they are frustrated with each other when playing with toys, but they are now trying to say “Can I use it later, please?” or “Can I borrow it please?” Then they begin to play together again. In June, we made a Father's Day project and some seasonal crafts such as making a teru teru bozu doll and a drawing of a hydrangea. I would like them to enjoy their seasonal projects next month, too.

Pre-K Starlight (Miss Tomoko)

We have been waiting for this day and the reopening of

school. It was the first time to meet our new students in three

months, but we were able to meet the students face-to -face

and talk to them in person. It was so nice to be able to see

them! Throughout the online lessons, the children have

learned their friends' names, some songs, and hand-play

lyrics very well. It's now the rainy season in Thailand and

Japan and the children are interested in the weather as well

as various living things which they saw in their picture books.

I will continue to monitor them and their growth in the next

month.

K3 Rockets (Miss Keiko)

I am so happy to see the children come back to

school. As we met each other through our Zoom

sessions, everyone was very calm and friendly, and

we sang songs which we practiced during online

lessons.

I very much appreciate the parents support during

our online learning time.

For Father’s Day, the children enjoyed making gifts

and photo frames for their fathers.
