Bidders are advised to submit their bid according to prescribed qualification as per bid-ders instruction sl.no. 4 ( I.T.B. General)1. Detaile of works are as under

    2 A set of bidding documents may be purchased from the office of concerned Executive Engineers,Superintending Engineer, Shamli as mentioned in columns 8, respectively of the table corresponding to therespective work, between 11:00 am to 04:00 pm on any working day from 29-01-2016 to 04-02-2016 for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees Five hundred only) for stationary charges and tender cost per set perwork as indicated in column 6, in the form of cash or Demand Draft drawn on any Scheduled bank in favour of"Executive Engineer, P.D., P.W.D., Shamli " payable at Shamli. Interested bidders may obtain further informa-tion at the same office from where the documents are purchased. Bidding documents requested by mail will bedispatched by registered/speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs. 300.00 (Rupee Three hundred only).Applications for issue of Bidding documents by post shall be entertained only upto 4.00 PM on 02-02-2016 the

    authority inviting tender will not be held responsible for the postal delay, if any, in the delivery of documents ornon-receipt of the same. Bids must be delivered to the office of the Executive Engineer executing the work,mentioned in columns 8, of the table corresponding to the respective work on or before 12.00 noon on 05-02-2016 and the Technical/ Financial bids will be opened on the next working day, that is, on 06-02-2016 at 12.30pm., in the office of the District Magistrate mentioned in columns 11, in the presence of the bidders who wish toattend if the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt or opening of the bids as specified, the bids willbe received or opened on the next working day, respectively, at the same time and venue, and validity of bidwill be considered from original date.
