저전력소모형

요즘SF6 가스개폐절연장치와 같은 기기에 사용되는 퓨즈 홀더의 크기는 매우 최소화되었기 때문에 내부의 발생된 열을 방열 시키기 위한 것이 필요하게 되었습니다. 중원퓨즈의 전력소모량은 뒤의 표에 나타낸 것과 같이 매우낮아 열 발생이 적습니다. 시장에 판매되는 다른 제품에 비해서 중원퓨즈의품질이확실히다름을알수있습니다.

최소용단전류및차단전류

Watertightness-Component quality For our fuses, the patented manufacturing system and theunalterability of their components, guarantee a watertightness levelthat exceeds any requirement.Additionally to the reliability of the system itself, the whole productionis 100% controlled. From this point of view, the quality of our fusesguarantees a satisfactory operation for more than 30 years, eitheroutdoor or indoor type.

Consumption-Low power Ioss Nowadays, the fuse holders within the SF6 metal enclosed switchgear,in which the fuse elements are introduced, have minimalizeddimensions, hence rendering problematic the necessary heattransfer that allows the evacuation of the generated inner heat. Thewatts values of the power consumption of our current limiting fusesare clearly detailed among the electrical characteristics shown inpage7. Taking these characteristics into account, the high quality ofour fuses becomes apparent, as their power losses are among thelower ones in the market.

Minimum melting current-Breaking capacity Applicable standards for current limiting fuses state that these devicesmust be able to interrupt any current among the minimum meltingcurrent and the rated breaking capacity. The quality of our fuses, hence, remains guaranteed, as thecorresponding minimum melting currents are among the lower onesin the market and the corresponding rated breaking capacities areamong the greater ones in the market, hence rendering a very ampleoperating region.

Searchability-Control

Our control equipments, totally computerized, state, within very narrowmargins, the acceptance/rejection limits and individualize the label ofeach fuse with data such as the manufacturing date, the resistancevalue(referred to 20), the weight and so on. All these data areautomatically registered and stored in the computerized net. The highnumber of tests that passes both the fuse as a whole and each ofthe components individually, the minimum data scattering and thetotal searchability of each fuse, guarantee the quality excellence ofJOONGWON fuses.
