    Promote inclusive and sustainable growth,with particular attention to disadvantaged

    and vulnerable groups. Improve thequality and enhancing the delivery ofessential social services in education andhealth to all group of population.

    Education: Aim to provide betterknowledge and skills necessary forsustainable economic growth. Focusingon increasing equity and access,improving quality, strengtheningeducation management, mobilizingresources, strengthening partnerships,and applying new and innovativetechnologies.

    Health: Through infrastructure projects toincrease equity and quality services and tomitigate the spread of communicablediseases such as HIV/AIDS and improveprimary health care service delivery.Through governance work, support publicexpenditure management for cost
