DJ/MC PACKAGES
The Standard DJ Wedding Package_ $595.00 Four hours of performance time with a DJ. Your DJ will have a minimum of one year of experience as a mobile,
radio, and/or night club DJ. He or she will make announcements as requested. You always have the opportunity to meet
them ahead of the event and make sure they are right for you and your guests. This package is preferred by many
couples on a budget and do not require a trained master of ceremonies to guide them and their guests through wedding
traditions.
The Master Of Ceremonies Package_ $695.00 Perfect for the couple wanting an experienced MC during their reception, with up to four hours of performance time.
It is the perfect option for clients requiring a MC to act as their host and guide the wedding guests through the reception.
The MC will have a minimum of three years experience in the wedding industry. He or she will be skilled at reading the
crowd and is very knowledgeable of all wedding traditions. They will meet with their clients ahead of time and go over
a detailed timeline and planning guide allowing the bride and groom to just enjoy the day.
Full Wedding Package $900.00 Includes up to two sound systems for both the ceremony and reception, with an experienced MC for five and a half
hours and covers everything you need for the day. This package starts at the ceremony and continues throughout the
reception with background music as guests are seated at the ceremony. We include additional speakers and/or a second
sound system along with a wireless lapel microphone, allowing your guests to follow along during the ceremony.
Access to the sound system is also available for additional singers and musicians.
PA System Only____ ________________________________________________________$350.00 Only need a sound system for background music, ceremony, or maybe your own DJ? Rent what you need from us.
Our quality PA systems are large enough to cover groups of up to 150 people. The price includes delivery, setup, basic
training, and retrieval. Each system comes with a wireless microphone, mixer, speakers on stands, and is always ipad
friendly.
What makes our DJ Company so successful? We take the time to get to know you and find out what you really want. We listen to our clients and give them as much
time as they want before the event to make sure we get it just right. Our DJs play the music you and your guests want
hear. Any song you request before your wedding will be played. Your DJ will be well dressed, friendly, and charismatic
but not overbearing. The sound system comes with high quality equipment making the music (and DJ) sound clear and
articulate, not loud or raspy. Our large music collection will have something for everybody, and not just one style of
music.
Jes Webb Guarantee charge is $100.00 (Only available on MC and Full Wedding packages)
Justin Dietz Guarantee charge is $100.00 (Only available on MC and Full Wedding packages)
Additional Hours are $100/hr on the day of the event or $75/hr when booked ahead of time.
Travel Charge if your event is outside of the Rogue Valley $.54/mile and a hotel room must be
provided if the event goes past 10:00pm.

Additional Services
LCD Projector and Screen Rental.... $175
Need a projector? Our 3000 Lumen LCD Projectors and laptops are suitable for a DVD or Power
Point presentation. Our screens are 5x5, 8x8, or 5x7 rear view and are included in the price.
Photo Montage..... $250
Watch your love story unfold on a big screen with all of your closest family and friends. This service
includes up to 60 of your favorite pictures put in a DVD slide show with pleasing imagery and
transitions. The video is then shown at the event with our Projection package (described above).
Additional photos can be added for $2 per print scan or $1 per digital image. You receive 3 copies
of the completed DVD (with a full color print on the cover) to keep forever.
Photo Booth Rental.. $595
Includes four hours of time, unlimited photos (color or B&W), free double prints (great for a photo
strip guest book), your logo or monogram added to the bottom of the photo strips, a friendly
attendant for the entire event, delivery/set-up & take down, and CD with all the photos taken at the
event.
Outdoor lighting Package.... $200
This package was designed to accommodate weddings held at an outdoor location and after dark. It
includes 8 - Par 64 type spotlights for lighting the perimeter of the property making the area
aesthetically beautiful and safer for guests. Spotlights are generally shined up and on structures for
an ambient mood. The lights can be white or the color of your choice. Includes set-up. Delivery is
additional.
Your Name in Lights.... $125
Looking for something different for your wedding? See your name in lights. We create a custom
metal plate cut with your names, monogram, or special message that is placed in front of a powerful
light and shined onto any wall, floor, or ceiling.
Dance Floor Rental..... $600
This includes a hardwood dance floor up to 20x20 in size including set-up. Just tell us where you
want it and we do the rest. The dance floor can be used on a solid surface or grass as long as the
area is flat and level. There is an additional charge of $75 if a sub floor is required due to uneven
ground. Call us for an estimate on Delivery Charge.
Raw Footage Package. $600
This package is for the couple that just wants their event documented. It includes a professional
broadcast quality, wireless microphone and operator for up to five hours. The operator attends both
the ceremony and reception. You receive a copy of everything that is recorded (usually between 90
and 120 minutes of footage). There is no editing of the material; you always have the option of
editing later if you choose. The material comes on 1 DVD for a crisp clear picture.

Why should you rent our Photo Booth? Our photo booths come ready for your event with dcor and backdrops that
complement your theme and/or colors. The Photo booth itself is cozy enough for one or two people but large enough to
get as many as ten people in at one time {cramming} people in a photo booth can be one of the funniest moments at your
Event. Our staff comes from an entertainment company that specializes in customer service and will help get people
interested in using the photo booth.
