Inside the cloister is an intriguing copper-plated chedi topped by a five-tier gold parasol, which contains relics of the Lord Buddha. Le voyageur peut, à tout moment, résilier tout ou partie du contrat. Si

le voyageur résilie le contrat pour une raison qui lui est imputable, il dédommagera l’organisateur de voyages et l’intermédiaire de voyages pour le préjudice subi à la suite de la résiliation. Le dédommagement peut être fixé forfaitairement et s’élever à une fois le prix du voyage au maximum (selon les conditions générales de vente du voyagiste). b. Conditions particulières Qantas Holidays1. Les frais d’annulation seront facturés au voyageur même si l’annulation

100% du prix du voyage.2. Les frais de modification par rapport aux services commandés seront

facturés à raison de 50€ par dossier/confirmation pour autant que celles-ci surviennent 60 jours avant le départ. Après ce délai, les conditions d’annulation seront d’application.

3. Pour toute réservation provisoire (options), la somme de 50€ de frais administratifs sera réclamée pour des dossiers qui ne se confirmeraient pas. Annuleringen:Na de betaling: luchtvaartmaatschappijen en hotels kunnen annuleringskosten aanrekenen voor een begrag gelijk aan de geheel of gedeeltelijk betaalde prijs.Wijzigingen: Voor wijzigingen aan uw reisformule waarvoor nieuwe

documenten moeten worden opgemaakt, rekent Qantas Holidays kosten voor een bedrag van 25 euro per boeking aan, bovenop de kosten die eventueel door de hotels of de luchtvaatmaatschappijen worden aangerekend. Het opmaken van een nieuw document impliceert de wijziging van een bestaande boeking, en niet de overstap naar een andere formule, voor het geval annuleringskosten van toepassing zijn.Verbreking door de reiziger:a. De reiziger kan het contract op ieder moment geheel of gedeeltelijk

verbreken. Indien de reiziger het contract wegens een aan hem toe te rekenen omstandigheid, moet hij de schade vergoeden die de reisorganisator en reisbemiddelaar als gevolg van de verbreking lijden. De schadevergoeding kan forfaitair worden bepaald en hoogstens eenmaal de prijs van de reis bedragen (volgens de algemene voorwaarden van de reisorganisator). Onze annuleringskosten omvatten alle kosten vastgelegd door IATA, de luchtvaartmaatschappijen en Qantas Holidays en bedragen minstens 100 euro per passagier voor zover de boeking vóór de afreis werd geannuleerd.

b. Bijzondere voorwaarden Qantas Holidays1. De annuleringskosten worden aan de klant gefactureerd, zelfs indien de

annulering het gevolg is van toeval of overmacht, in overeenstemming met de volgende regels:

– tot 60 dagen vóór het vertrek: 20% van de reissom, met een minimum van 100 euro per persoon

– van de 60’’ tot de 30’’ dag vóór het vertrek: 40% van de reissom – van de 29’’ tot de 15’’ dag vóór het vertrek: 75% van de reissom – van de 14’’ dag tot de vertrekdag of bij afwezigheid bij het vertrek: 100%

van de reissom.2. De kosten voor wijzigingen ten opzichte van de bestelde diensten worden

gefactureerd tegen 50 euro per dossier/bevestiging, voor zover ze zich minstens 60 dagen vóór het vertrek voordoen. Na die termijn zijn de annuleringsvoorwaarden van toepassing.

3. Bij voorlopige boekingen (opties) wordt een bedrag van 50 euro aan administratiekosten aangerekend voor dossiers die niet worden bevestigd. Contacteer ons in geval van gedeeltelijke annulering of no-show. “In geval de klant van zijn boeking afziet, behoudt het agentschap zich het recht voor om, bovenop de kosten van de reisorganisator, de door hem vastgelegde annuleringskosten te factureren, namelijk 10% van de totale reissom, met een minimum van 50 euro, waarbij het maximumbedrag van de verbrekingskosten wordt beperkt tot de totale reissom.”

Terugbetaling: Binnen de perken voorzien door de wet wordt geen enkele terugbetaling toegestaan bij annulering na het begin van de reis, noch voor de reizen, noch voor het logies , de maaltijden of de diensten waarvan geen gebruik werd gemaakt.Servicekosten voor vluchten alleen: Als u met Qantas Holidays alleen de vlucht boekt, is minstens een overnachting of een huurwagen voor minstens een dag vereist, en worden servicekostenvoor een bedarg van 25 euro per boeking aangerekend voor internationale boekingen.Volksgezondheid en Immigratie: U dient kennis te nemen van de vereisten inzake volksgezondheid en visa in de regio’s die u wilt bezoeken. U bent aansprakelijk voor alle wettelijk en reglementair vereiste inreis-, uitreis- en andere documenten en voor de verordeningen, vereisten of verzoeken uitgaande van de bezochte of doorreislanden. Elke reiziger moet steeds in het bezit zijn van een paspoort dat nog minstens zes maanden geldig is. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van de voorschriften inzake paspoorten en visa. Qantas Holidays wijst elke verantwoordelijkheid af indien u zich niet correct informeert over de voorwaarden die in het land van bestemming gelden. Luchtvervoer: De vervoerder is Qantas Airways. In bepaalde gevallen kan het echter noodzakelijk zijn op een andere luchtvaartmaatschappij een beroep te doen. Het luchtvervoer is onderworpen aan de voorwaarden en aansprakelijkheidsbeperkingen die in de vervoervoorwaarden van de vervoerder zijn bepaald. Beperkte aansprakelijkheid: Wij stellen alles in het werk om u voldoening te schenken. Tal van goederen en diensten uit deze brochure worden echter door derden geleverd. Qantas Holidays handelt enkel als agent voor die levanciers. Binnen de grenzen van de Belgische federale wet van 16 februari 1994 op de reisovereenkomsten wijst Qantas Holidays elke verantwoordelijkheid af voor welk verlies ofwelke schade ook, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot lichamelijke en psychologische letsels evenals het verlies of de beschadiging van persoonlijke goederen of van welke aard ook de levering van goederen of diensten via Qantas Holidays of eender welke derde, of met betrekking tot de levering van die goederen en diensten.Ingeval een voorwaarde of een waarborg krachtens de Australische wet van 1974 op de handelspraktijken (Trade Practices Act) of elke andere gelijkaardige bepaling niet kan worden uitgesloten, blijft de aansprakelijkheid van Qantas Holidays voor het niet naleven van de voorwaarden of de waarborg naar eigen goeddunken van Qantas Holidays beperkt tot:(a) in het geval van goederen, tot een of meer van de volgende mogelijkheden: (i) de vervanging van de goederen of de levering van gelijkwaardige

goederen; (ii) het betalen van de kosten voor de vervanging van de goederen of de

aankoop van gelijkwaardige goederen;(b) in het geval van diensten: (i) het opnieuw verlenen van de diensten; (ii) het betalen van de kosten voor het opnieuw verlenen van de diensten.Voorvallen buiten onze wil: Qantas Holidays wijst elke verantwoordelijkheid van welke aard ook af in geval van letsels, schade, verlies, vertraging, bijkomende kosten of ongemakken die het rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse gevolg zijn van gebeurtenissen buiten onze wil, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot de volgende voorvallen: oorlog, oproer, brand, overstroming, overmacht, beslissing uitgaande van een regering of eender welke officiële autoriteit, ongeval, defecte installaties of uitrustingen of vakbondsacties.Onderzoeken omtrent ter bestemming zijnde passagiers: Qantas Holidays onderneemt niets met betrekking tot de veiligheid, de omstandigheden of eender welk voorval dat zich op de plaats van bestemming zou kunnen voordoen. Advies aangaande buitenlandse reizen kunt u inwinnen bij diverse bronnen, onder meer bij plaatselijke overheid of de consulaire vestigingen.
