    It is important to establish a strong and clear rhythm in this piece from the very start. Do not play too loudly, but accent slightly the first note of each bar. Whenever you play the third beat of a bar, have in mind already the first beat of the next bar so that mentally you are already leading into it. A slight ritardando is desirable in bar 8.
