และถือเปนสิทธิ์ของคณะกรรมการจัดการแขงขันครั้งนี้ ในกรณีที่กิจกรรมนี้ตองยกเลิกทั้งหมด

หรือสวนใดสวนหนึ่งโดยสืบเนื่องจากสาเหตุสุดวิสัยใดๆ ทางธรรมชาติ หรือภาวะอื่นใดก็ตาม

This waiver and release statement certifies that I am medically fit to compete in the event and fully

understand that I enter at my own risk. The organizers will not be held responsible for any injury,

illness of loss, during or as a result of the event. Further, I consent to the Organizing Committee

recording this competitive event through photography and film, and that the Committee is the sole

owner of the copyright to those pictures and films. I hereby agree that in the event of the event

being cancelled in whole or in part dueto wind, storm, rain, inclement seas or weather or other

condition, my entry fees shall not be refundable.
