眾雀鳥都寂然而恭聽；Is so sweet the birds hush their singing,

天上恩愛語，天上好音調，And the melody that He gave to me,

在我心輕輕鳴應。Within my heart is ringing.

我還依依不忍遽離開；Tho' the night around me be falling,

“主卻輕囑說 此去傳好音，But He bids me go ; Thro' the voice of woe,

”我刻刻與你同去。His voice to me is calling.
