IN DEDICATION HOWARD TROUTMAN
We, the Pow Wow staff of 1981, dedicate our yearbook to Howard Troutman.
Howard's thirteen years of faithful, courteous service at Windsor High chool were one we couldn't have done without.
After all the high school's activities, Howard got the never-ending task of cleaning up our clutter.
We will miss Howard's smile and "hello," which always attended our learning.
The Pow Wow staff thanks Howard for hi many year of diligent service.
