    Dark Energy and Matter in the Universe. Our universe is formed by two main components like vacuum environment and a matter

    having a mass. Environment and a matter make unity and can not exist separately. It does not contradict Maxwell formulas determining propagation of an electromagnetic wave, only under condition of the account of existence of the environment of matter existence: vacuum, an ether.
