Introduction of AAC BlockAutoclave Aerated Concrete Block (AAC Block) is the light and porous buildingmaterial.it contains a pore content of approximately 45%, the consumption ofraw materialsand the total energy consumed during the production is 2-3 timeslower than other building materials such as burnt bricks. Emissions of gassessuch as CO2, CO and NOx are also relatively low.By-products of AAC Production such as condensate from the autoclaving,hardened AAC waste and unhardened AAC mixture can be recycled back intothe production of AAC. Besides that, other industrial waste like fly ash and slagcan be utilised as main raw materials too.Products Main features Light Weight, Keeping Temperature Heat Resistant Fireproof High Intensity Good Sound Insulation Machinability Conveniently Mechanized Construction, etc.Applications of Aerated Concrete BlockAAC Block can be made into many different size of blocks (for example:600×200×100, 600×200×125, 80×80×180, 240×115×53, etc), widely used forindustry building and common house building. 三、翻转、切割工段III. Reversal and cutting section

液压、变频翻转吊具Hydraulic Frequency Conversion Reversal Crane

1、它将模具带坯体进行 90度翻转，放置于切割机变频托坯车上，进行开模、脱模工序。Hydraulic Frequency Conversion Reversal Crane turns the mould with block in it 90 degrees,puts it on FrequencyConversion Block Dragging Car and does demoulding work.

2.切割机变频托坯车将坯体带人切割机进行切割，翻转吊具将模箱与底板重新组合、清理、刷脱模油，重新浇

筑。Frequency Conversion Block Dragging Car drags the block to cutting machine to be cut.Reversal cranereorganizes,cleans and polishes mould box and pallets to prepare them to be reused.

工作原理：翻转吊具把模具空中翻转 90度后，脱模将坯体连同模箱底板放置在切割机变频脱坯车上，变频脱

坯车通过卷扬机带动行走将坯体带人水平切割机完成水平切割，变频脱坯车再行走至是垂直切割机完成垂直切

割。Working principle:Reversal crane turns the mould 90 degrees,demoulds and puts the whole block and the bottom plateof casting box onto block dragging car.The block dragging car will take the whole block into Horizontal cutting machineby winch machine,and finish horizontal cutting,then the block dragging car will take the block into Vertical cuttingmachine to finish vertical cutting.
