IMPLAVISION – ein Implantat-Abdrucklöffel mit abnehmbaren Einzelsegmenten

Die Pick-up-Abformung wird als die präziseste Methode für die Positionierung der Laborimplantate auf dem Arbeitsmodell angesehen. Einige Implantat-Hersteller bieten jedoch keine geschlossene Abformung an, was die Herstellung eines individuellen Abformlöffels notwendig macht.

Dies bedeutet einen enormen Kosten- und Zeitaufwand und eine erneute Einbestellung des Patienten. Speziell aufgrund dieser Problematik wurde der Abdrucklöffel IMPLAVISION entwickelt mit dem sich perfekte Arbeitsmodelle in einer einzigen Sitzung herstellen lassen.

Das Resultat ist ein Abdrucklöffel mit 9 herausnehmbaren Einzelsegmenten, die nur durch jeweils eine spezielle Schraube gesichert sind und sich einfach mit dem mitgelieferten Schraubendreher entfernen lassen. Das Einzelsegment wird dort entfernt, wo ein direkter Zugang zum Abformpfosten notwendig ist. Ist die Schraube des Pfostens gelöst, lässt sich der Abdrucklöffel aus dem Mund herausnehmen und die Pfosten sind im Abdruckmaterial perfekt verankert.

IMPLAVISION – an implant mold scoop with removable individual segments.

The pick-up mold is regarded as the most precise method for the positioning of the lab implants onto the work model. Some implant manufacturers however offer a closed mold which makes the production of an individual scoop mold necessary. This means alarger expense a lot more time and a new evaluation appointment with the patient.

Especially for these problems was the scoop mold IMPLAVISION developed, with which can be perfect workmodels in one sitting produced. A scoop mold with 9 removable individual segments, which can be secured with a special screw only and easily removed with the included screw driver. The individual segment is there removed where a direct access to the mold post is necessary.

As soon as the screw of the post is loosened the scoop mold can be removed from the mouth and the posts are anchored perfectly in the impression investment.

IMPLAVISION – un porte-empreinte pour implant avec des segments individuels amovibles

L’empreinte Pick-up est considérée comme la méthode la plus précise pour le positionnement des implants réalisés en laboratoire sur le modèle de travail.

Certains fabricants d’implants n’offrent pas ce qui d’empreinte fermée, rend nécessaire la fabrication d’un porte-empreinte individuel. Cela implique une perte énorme de temps et d’argent et une nouvelle consultation pour évaluation du patient.Particulièrement en raison de cette problématique, le développement du porte-empreinte IMPLAVISION permet la fabrication de modèles de travail parfaits en une fois.

Le résultat est un porte-empreinte avec 9 segments individuels amovibles, lesquels sont fixés par une vis spéciale et peuvent être ensuite facilement éloignés par le tournevis fourni dans la livraison. Chaque segment individuel sera ôté à l’endroit où un accès à l’empreinte de transfert est nécessaire. Le porte-empreinte peut facilement être retiré en dévissant la vis du tenon, alors que les tenons sont parfaitement ancrés dans le matériau d’empreinte.

IMPLAVISION – una cubeta de impresión para implantología, con segmentos individuales removibles

La impresión Pick-up se considera el método mas preciso para el posicionamiento de los implantes de laboratorio sobre el modelo de trabajo. Algunos fabricantes de implantes sin embargo no ofrecen una toma de impresión cerrada, lo cual hace necesario la elaboración de una cubeta de impresión individual. Esto significa un alza de costos y de tiempo considerables y una nueva cita adicional para el paciente. Especialmente debido a esta problemática fué desarrollada la cubeta de impresión IMPLAVISION, con la cual se pueden elaborar modelos de trabajo perfectos en una sola sesión.

El resultado es una cubeta de impresión con 9 segmentos individuales removibles, los cuales estan asegurados cada uno solo con un tornillo especial y se dejan remover facilmente con el destornillador, que viene incluído. El segmento individual es removido donde se necesita un acceso directo al pilar deimpresión. Si se quita el tronillo del pilar, se puede retirar la cubeta de impresión de la boca y los pilares quedan perfectamente anclados en la impresión.
