浸大電影學院種子計劃

近年影像活動逐漸成為年青人一種很重要的表達語言，他們創意豐富，喜歡透過短片用自己獨有的方式表達所思所想。

我們相信，同學如能對影像語言與創意之間的關係有更深入的了解，他們的創意一定可以發揮得更好！

浸大電影學院為中學生而設的種子計劃

浸大電影學院種子計劃是首個由浸會大學電影學院倡導、聯同政府青少年網站推動的中學生創意訓練計劃。計劃旨在：

培育同學的創意才能

提高同學的美學欣賞能力

豐富同學的藝術創作知識

了解行內各門專業的工作性質

提供平台讓同學互動交流

首屆種子計劃以「Youth 創意起動 ACTION!」為題，將分成三個階段進行：

第一階段 創意講座（一）及基礎技術工作坊 (2011 年 11 月-2012 年 2 月)

創意講座（一）題目是「361o看創意」，於 11 月 5 日舉行，主講嘉賓包括劉天賜先生、廖啟智先生、畢國智

導演及郭子健導演

第二階段 創意講座（二）及進階創意工作坊

第三階段 實踐與交流–數碼短片創作比賽及內地交流活動

「361o看創意」講座及第一階段的基礎技術工作坊招募現已開始，費用全免，詳細請參閱第 7 頁。同學可選擇報名參加

計劃內全部或只參加部份的活動。

透過系統化學習，協助教職員啟發學生創意

同學將參與由大學講師設計，並全程由講師和碩士學生帶領的工作坊，務求令同學有系統地學習創作和製作的知識，一

步步掌握拍攝技巧並完成創作。

計劃同時歡迎老師、學校工作人員和校園電視台策劃人參加，協助教職員了解製作團隊中各個崗位的職能，及更有效帶

領同學進行製作。

感受大學校園學習氛

整個計劃之工作坊及創意講座均在浸大校園進行，同學可於工作坊內實際操作大學裡職員各項專業的製作器材，亦可參

與創意講座，分享著名及資深電影工作者的創意之路。

It is getting more and more popular among the younger generation to create videos and express their

boundless creativity and imagination. We believe that students’ creativity can be further ignited through

better understanding of the relationship between creativity and video production and mastering of the

necessary skills.

Youth Inno-Action – Seeds Project tailor-made by HKBU Academy of Film for secondary students

Youth Inno-Actin !Hong Kong Academy of Film Seeds Project is the first seeds project lead by the Academy

of Film of Hong Kong Baptist University. With the co-creation from Youth.gov.hk, the Government’s Youth

Portal, the project aims to –

． Nurture students’ creativity and talents;

． Enhance students’ aesthetic appreciation;

． Enrich students’ artistic knowledge;

． Learn about the job nature of various professions in the field; and

． Provide a platform for students to exchange their ideas.

The Seeds Project is divided into three stages:

Stage 1 Creative Seminar (1) & Elementary Level Technical Workshop (Nov 2011 – Feb 2012)

Designed and guided by university lecturers and postgraduate students, participants can master video

better understanding on the different professionalisms in film production. We believe that this workshop

could facilitate you in leading video production at school in the future.

Amazing learning experience in University campus

All workshops and seminars are held on the HKBU campus– students can enjoy and experience in using the

professional shooting equipment in the Academy of Film. Veterans from film industry will be invited to

share their career path and creative work in seminars and workshops.

種子計劃分為三個階段進行

種子計劃參加者

對數碼攝影製作有興趣的中學生，費用全免。

(適合中三或以上學生參加，報名詳情請見第 20 頁)

目標

通過活動影像豐富參與同學的藝術創作知識和欣賞能力；

鼓勵同學培養創意思維，激發他們的創意，並啟發他們在創意工業發展；

讓中學教師掌握監製的角色，從而引領他們組織分工合作而具成效的學生製作團隊；

通過專業數碼攝影製作培育新人才，在本地影音技術的基礎上進一步加強溝通技巧；

提供平台讓同學參加互動工作坊和專業講座，從中分享資深電影工作者的經驗和創作心

得。

本計劃與別不同之處

透過連串數碼影像製作專題工作坊，涵蓋五大專業範疇：導演、攝影與佈光、音效設計、

後期製作、劇本創作，為學員提供清晰概覽，讓學員從中選擇適合他們志趣的範疇。

將理論付諸實踐

同學將由專人指導完成製作一套專業的數碼影片。

透過參加短片創作比賽，與其他中學生交流創意心得。頒獎典禮將有利於向創意工

業界專才推薦這些創意生力軍。

工作坊著重團隊合作精神，是團隊賴以成功的一項要素。各參與教職員將在專人指導下

領略如何帶領及組織學生製作團隊。

第三階段 - 實踐與交流 - 數碼短片創作比賽及內地交流

項目一數碼短片創作比賽

遞交作品時間 2011 年 12 月至 2012 年 3 月

類別 短片分為 2 個類別：

1) 劇情片

2) 紀錄片

題材 不限

參賽須知 1) 短片長度最多為 5 分鐘。

2) 格式為以 DV 錄影帶或 DVD-ROM (mpeg2/mpeg4) 儲存的數碼影片，解像度不低於 720

x 576 dpi (4:3) 或 720 x 480 (16:9)。

3) 如短片不是以廣東話或英語拍攝，請提供英文字幕。

4) 短片須連同中文或英文的對話文字紀錄一併遞交。

評審團及評審準則 由本地知名電影製作人與中學校長組成的評審團，將從以下的評審準則挑選出優異作品：

film-makers

Uniqueness of the Seeds Project

Provide participants with a clear and systematic overview on the key professions in digital video

production through a series of structured workshops. The workshops cover the five key

professions, viz., directing, cinematography and lighting, sound design, post-production and idea

generation in script writing. These workshops would enable students to identify specific

professions that suit their interests.

The workshops and seminars also place emphasis on the importance of team work as the key

success factor. Teachers will be given guidance in facilitating the organization of an effective and

efficiency student production team.

Putting theories into practice:

Students will be given a valuable chance to practice cinematography and lighting, sound

design and post-production editing in the professional and industry-standard studios at the

Academy of Film.

The short video competition will serve as an exchange platform for the workshop and seminar

Entry regulations 1. Length: maximum 5 minutes.

1. 簡介會、講座及工作坊以粵語進行。 2. 簡介會、講座及工作坊只限中學生與教職員參加。名

額有限，若報名人數超出上限，大會將以先到先得方法選出參加者。

3. 成功報名的同學將於 2011 年 10 月 28 日或之前獲發確認電郵。如學校欲更改出席學生名稱，請與主辦單位聯絡。

4. 參加者必須於出席簡介會、講座及工作坊時出示以下其中一項文件：甲、確認電郵（請參考注意事項 3）；或 乙、有效學生證或其他文件以證明為該中學之老師 / 職員或學生 。大會有權拒絕未能提供證明文件的老師或學生進場。

1. The Briefing Session, Seminar and Workshops will be conducted in Cantonese. 2. The Briefing Session, Seminar and Workshops are open to participation by students,

teachers and school workers only. Owing to limited capacity, selection of participants by the organizers will be determined on a first come first serve basis once the number of applicants has exceeded the upper limit.

3. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email on or before 28 October 2011. Please contact the organizers for any change to the names of participating students.

4. When attending the Briefing Session, Seminar and Workshops, all participants must produce any one of the following documents: A) Confirmation email (see Note 3 above); or B) Valid proof of identity as student/teacher/school worker. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any student or teacher/school worker who fails to produce proof of identity.
