Vytváříme příleži-tosti pro lidi ve Spojeném království i ostatníchzemích a snažíme se mezi nimi budovat poutadůvěry. Naše organizace byla založena roku 1934a v současnosti působí ve 110 zemích. V České republice se zaměřujeme především na anglický jazyk a umění. Nabízíme docházkové kurzy angličtiny, vekterých získáte potřebné schopnosti a sebejistotuk dosažení svých cílů. Pořádáme britské zkoušky,které uznávají vlády, univerzity, profesní organi-zace i zaměstnavatelé po celém světě. Naše projekty zaměřené na výuku angličtinypomáhají dětem stát se skutečnými světoobčany a připravují je na život v globální ekonomice.Propojujeme školy z různých zemí pomocísdílených osnov a podporujeme profesní rozvojučitelů i školského managementu. V umění se zaměřujeme na to nejlepší, co brit-ská scéna nabízí. Organizujeme vysoce kvalitníumělecké akce a umožňujeme umělcům, kulturnímpředstavitelům a uměleckým institucím navázathodnotné pracovní vztahy s jejich protějšky ve Spojeném království.

Founded in 1934,we currently operate in 110 countries. In the Czech Republic we focus on the keyareas of English and arts. We offer face-to-face English language coursesthat will give you the confidence and skills youneed to achieve your goals. We administer UK examinations that are recognised by governments,universities, professional bodies and employersaround the world. Our English projects help turn school childreninto global citizens and prepare them for life in the global economy. Nejčastější dotazyKdy a jak se mohu zapojit do programu?Věrnostní program Addvantage je určenspolečnostem, které s British Council v minulémškolním roce 2011/12 zaregistrovaly minimálnědeset kandidátů na zkoušky organizované BritishCouncil. Novým společnostem nabízíme účastv programu Addvantage Starter.

Jaké benefity vám nabízíme?Podle celkového počtu vámi zaregistrovaných kandidátů se dostanete do jedné z kategoriínašeho programu a budou vám nabídnuty s ní související benefity, které jsou popsány dále v tomto letáku.

Kdy a jak obdržím slíbené benefity?Některé z produktů vám budou doručeny poštou(např. kalendáře nebo ukázkové testy), jiné vámzašleme e-mailem. Čerpání některých benefitů(např. exkurze do British Council nebo organizacezkoušek ve vašich prostorách) bude záležet navašem rozhodnutí. V takovém případě kontaktujtepřímo British Council.

Jak se mohu posunout do vyšší kategorie?Členství v určité kategorii je nabízeno na základě počtu kandidátů, které daná instituce zaregistrovala v minulém školním roce. V průběhu trvání tohoto programu počítámekaždého hromadně zaregistrovaného kandidáta a před začátkem nového období vám nabídnemečlenství v odpovídající kategorii.
