Voices from International Students

WISEMAN CHISALE BEKELESI (From MALAWI) Doctoral Program, Graduate School of Science

Hiroshima is considered one of the top Universities in Japan and the world at large. When I came across Hiroshima University’s website by chance, I was thrilled to study in Japan to continue with nuclear science. Having travelled in a number of countries globally, I don’t regret doing my further studies in Japan. Hiroshima University has viable environment for learning and has attracted over 1000 International Students worldwide. Its laboratories and libraries are modern with up to date equipment, volume of books respectively. It has also adequate academic and support staff to ensure smooth running of the university. I have enjoyed conducting research independently at Hiroshima University in liaison with my supervisor. I have attended several conferences since I joined the university including academic field visits both in Japan and abroad. Thus, I would like to encourage more students from various countries to study at Hiroshima University any course of their choice.
