Meeting Services Asia Centre offers meeting services at its boutique and cosy facilities conveniently located in

the heart of Bangkok, 20 metres away from Phayathai BTS and Airport Link.

We can accommodate 40 (seating) and 60 (seating and standing for networking events) and

are perfect for private meetings, conferences, training workshops, networking sessions and

special events such as book launches, readings, screenings, etc.

Seminar Room Service: Price included use of Projector, Sound system, Wi-Fi, Hot/Cold Water dispenser, Lounge Area, Discussion Room.

Catering started from 100 Baht/Person (coffee/tea + drinking water+ 1 snack) (additional snack 50 Baht/pc). Lunch box started from 180 Baht. 7 days advanced booking and minimum order 30 pax.

A 500 Baht cleaning fee will be charged to self-catering events.

Addition on-demand Computer service: 300 Baht/hour, 1,000 Baht/day Printing/ Copy: Black & White 10 Baht/page; Colour 40 Baht/page Scan: 20 Baht/page

Events that exceed the booking time by more than 15 minutes will be charged an additional full hour rate.

The maximum seating capacity is 40 pax. Any event with an excess of 40 attendees will incur an additional 100 Baht per pax. The total number of attendees per event cannot exceed 50 pax.

Parking Rates: Asia Centre 1 stamp entitles you to 2 hours free parking, thereafter 30 baht/hour. Extended parking (2 stamps) Day Rate : 100 bath for parking between 07:00-19:00 PM

How to get to Asia Centre

Asia Centre is conveniently located at the 17th floor of Phayathai Plaza Building off the BTS Phayathai and Airport Link stations in Central Bangkok.

Take either the BTS or Airport Link and stop at Phayathai station Go out through Exit 1 and walk down the stairs At the bottom of the stairs turn left and walk 20 m along the pavement towards Rachatewi BTS Phayathai Plaza Building will be on your right, enter the building and walk towards the back At the back towards the right, take the elevators serving floors 17-27 Alight on the 17th floor and turn left, you will arrive at the Asia Centre
