Avg. occupancy level increased from less than 35% to 85%. Growth in
patient volume required hospital expansion which led to proportional
increase in profitability and cash flow. New profitable services such as
MRI, dialysis and robotic surgery introduced and cardiac surgery
programs expanded. Hospital remodeled and increased space by 20% in
2014 adding additional OR's, ER and ICU space. AHMC started only
kidney and liver transplant programs programs in private hospitals in
Central America. Currently operates at 48% EBITDA.
