Loss Prevention supervisor.
- Assist Director of Security in protecting the assets of the hotel and ensure the safety and security of its guests
and employees and their properties.
- Good investigative ability to produce clear and detailed reports with practical recommendations based on
experience of hotel operations.
- Report directly to the security manager.
- Organize the security staff to provide maximum-security coverage of the hotel.
- Review all security reports to security manager to ensure that
- Recommendations are given for the appropriate follow-up action to be taken in instances of breaches of
security.
- Resolve safety hazard situations.
- Assist sec. Mgr. to arrange training for all members of the staff with particular emphasis on the Hotel
Emergency Response Team and conduct fire drills at specified intervals.
- Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions & protect the privacy and security of guests and
employees & Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
- Investigate all guests and employees accidents & Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately
