Laut Beschluss der Landesregierung vom 14.01.2013 wird ab 1. Jänner 2014 in Südtirol eine Ortstaxe eingehoben. Die Einnahmen aus der Ortstaxe werden für den Ausbau und die Erhaltung von Infrastrukturen und Dienst-leistungen, sowie für die Organisation von kulturellen und sportlichen Veranstaltungen eingesetzt. Die Ortstaxe wird pro Gast und Nächtigung von den Beherbergungsbetrieben eingehoben. Sie wird bei Abreise fällig und ist in der Rechnung gesondert ausgewiesen.
Die Tarife pro Übernachtung:
0,70 € in Privatvermietungen, Urlaub-am-Bauernhof-Betrieben sowie in Ein- und Zwei-Sterne-Hotels
1,00 € in den Drei-Sterne-Hotels
1,30 € in den Vier- und Fünf-Sterne-Betrieben
Drei Gästegruppen bleiben von der Pflicht zur Bezahlung der Ortstaxe ausgenommen. Es sind dies Kinder unter 14, Schülergruppen sowie die Gäste von Schutzhütten.
Ortstaxe 2014
L’imposta di soggiorno è stata approvata dalla Giunta provinciale in data 14.01.2013. Le entrate generate dall’imposta di soggiorno verranno impiegate sia per la costruzione ed il mantenimento di infrastrutture e servizi, sia per l’organizzazione di manifestazioni sportive e culturali. La suddetta imposta scatterà dal 1 gennaio 2014, diversificata in base alla catego-ria della struttura ricettiva:
Tariffe imposta di soggiorno:
0,70 € per pernottamento in affittacamere, agriturismi, alberghi a 1 e 2 stelle
1,00 € nei 3 stelle e
1,30 € nei 4 e 5 stelle
Esentati dal versamento dell’imposta sono le classi scolastiche in gita, i giovani sotto i 14 anni e gli ospiti che pernottano nei rifugi alpini.
L’imposta di soggiorno, determinata per per-sona e per pernottamento, viene riscossa dalle strutture ricettive. Viene pagata al momento della partenza ed è riportata sulla fattura del soggiorno in struttura, con una voce a sé stante.

On 14.01.2013 the government of Alto Adige/Südtirol stipulated, that the local tax in South Tyrol/Südtirol will be introduced from 1st January 2014. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and main-tenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodg-ing establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis.
The tariffs per overnight stay:
0,70 € for private rooms, farm holidays and Hotels with 1 and 2 stars
1,00 € for Hotels with 3 stars
1,30 € for Hotels with 4 and 5 stars
The local tax will not be charged on children under 14 years, groups of pupils and guests in refuges.
The local tax is obligatory for the guest and it will be added further to the total overnight price by the host. It is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Bei welchen Ereignissen besteht Versicherungsschutz?• Bei plötzlicher, schwerer Krankheit, Unfall, Tod, Verschlechterung eines bestehenden Leidens, Schwangerschaft, Impfunverträglichkeit • unerwarteter Kündigung durch den Arbeitgeber • unerwarteter Einberufung zum Bundesheer • Einreichung der Scheidungsklage durch den Ehepartner • Nichtbestehen der Matura • bedeutendem Sach schaden oder Einbruch am Eigentum im Wohnort.
Ab wann gilt die Versicherung?Versicherungsschutz besteht ab Prämienzahlung und endet im Fall der Stornoversicherung mit dem Reise (Miet-)antritt, im Fall der Reiseabbruch versicherung mit gebuchtem Reise (Miet-)ende.
Bitte beachten Sie: Die Prämie muss spätestens 5 Werktage nach Buchung einbezahlt werden. Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen (= Buchung und Abreise innerhalb von 30 Tagen) muss der Ab-schluss der Versicherung gleichzeitig mit der Buchung erfolgen.

Assicurazione storno: qualora il cliente disdica un viaggio affitto prenotato, gli saranno addebitate le commissioni di storno che saranno sostenute da Allianz Global Assistance.
Interruzioni di viaggio: qualora il cliente abbia iniziato il viaggio/affitto, ma lo deve interrompere anzitempo, Allianz Global Assi-stance rimborsa i giorni del viaggio affitto non goduti, ma non i costi supplementari per il viaggio di ritorno.
Quali eventi attivano la copertura assicurativa?• Malattia grave ed improvvisa, grave pregiudizio della salute causata da incidente, oppure decesso • Peggioramento di sussistente patologia • Inatteso licenziamento da parte del proprio datore di lavoro • Inatteso richiamo in servizio o reclutamento• Convocazione in tribunale per causa di divorzio da parte del coniuge • La mancata promozione all’esame di maturità • Gravi danni materiali o scasso dell’abitazione di proprietà.
Quando inizia la copertura dell’assicurazione?La copertura dell’assicurazione entra in vigore al momento del pagamento del premio e si conclude con l’inizio del viaggio affitto nel caso dell’Assicurazione Storno, mentre si conclude con la fine del viaggio nel caso dell’Assicurazione per l’interruzione del viaggio/affitto.
Da non scordare: il premio deve essere versato entro e non oltre cinque (5) giorni dalla data della prenotazione. In caso di preno-tazione all’ultimo momento (= prenotazione e fine viaggio affitto entro 30 giorni) la stipulazione dell’assicurazione deve avvenire al momento della prenotazione stessa.

General information in case of accident Insurance coverage
Insurance for cancellation: If you cancel a booked trip rental agreement, cancellation fees will be charged- Allianz Global As-sistance will reimburse you for them.
Curtailment: If you have started your holiday trip or car rental, but have to return home early, Allianz Global Assistance will re-imburse you for the prepaid travel expenses rent for the days you cannot consume - however, the expense for your return home is not covered.
At which incidents does insurance cover exist?• At sudden, heavy illness, accidents, death • worsening of an existing sickness, pregnancy, vaccine incompatibility • unexpected dismissal by the employer • unexpected conscription for the military service • submission of the divorce complaint by the spouse • failure of the school leaving exam • important property damage or burglary at the property at the habitation.
