• Hal ini menekankan pentingnya kombinasi bisnis dankonsolidasian dalam kuliah akuntansi lanjutan seperti halnyapraktek akuntansi keuangan dan pelaporan.

• Standar Akuntansi dan pelaporan untuk metode akuisisikombinasi bisnis diperkenalkan dalam Bab 1
