March 2006 – Currently Electromechanical Engineer at DNJ POWER TOOLSI am currently working as service and parts manager in DNJ Power Tools which is a sole importer agent in Ireland of C. & E.FEIN GmbH, a world leading company manufacturing power tools. As soon as I started, I took over all technical problems of our brand of power tools, which we sell in the premises.
My duties include:
● Technical support to customers in the premises orover the phone.● Advising customers the best tools in our range to suit their needs for each application.● keeping paperwork up to date.
● Repairing and Servicing power tool equipment quicklyand reliably.

As an IT Technical Support Engineer I was in the first line of contact for technical queries and support requests from customers.
